I was very impressed with Caldwell Public Library. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, informed, and very helpful. I'm visiting and didn't have a printer. They educated me on how to print documents from my phone. It was fast, easy, and economical. I wish I could stay, but I need to return to Washington State. The people of Caldwell have been very nice. I love your town.

The community room is an excellent place for teaching our class and Todd was the best at setting the room up and getting all electronics working.

I grew up going here all the time, was always my comfort place. As a college student now I have to say their quiet zone is in a weird spot next to the conference room. Old people come and make so much noise while waiting for an event there, it is very rude and can't seem to read the sign that says quiet zone. Wish the quiet zone was away from a busy conference room. Other than that it is still one of my favorite libraries.

This Library is always so noisy.
There's people talking loud or on their cell phones, sometimes there's Kids playing or running around inside the library. You can call me old school but usually a library was a very quiet place where one could go and study quietly in there and everyone respected that by being quiet.

I love this library it's definitely my favorite I've been to around here. We have thoroughly enjoyed the kids programs and community activities as well as having a place for my young daughter to play and read while I get her some books. They're reopened and things are different which is to be expected if you haven't been for a while. I love all the staff but one. I haven't seen her for a while I believe she runs the children's area and she's a bit over bearing and not as friendly as you'd expect someone to be who works with children. But I haven't seen her for a while. All in all a wonderful library and good staff. So glad they're reopened.

Caldwell Library has really improved. And wow the librarian I spoke with a while back was SO helpful on the phone saying that she would renew a book, that my daughter lost, until we found it!! No late fees and no having to pay for another book (I was prepared to do so). She said, "It should be somewhere in your house..." She was right. We found it the next week!! Also I noticed that they started an auto renew thing because I was late with some books and I got an email saying it was auto renewed! THANK YOU!! I love the upgrades they did to the library and they've really been a lot better about classes and options for people to come and be a part of something. I also like that they have the books you can buy right in the library available at any time. Nampa has a store with weird hours and I would LOVE to see what they have, but can't because they close so early. I like that Caldwell library stays open so late too. They have a large selection of audio books too.

They have a cute little toy kitchen area my son loves to play in. I love it 😀
