Fun trip! Beautiful route along river. My husband has osteoporosis and would only get on the three wheeler for stability!

Katie and Darren are incredibly hospitable and kind, making this a wonderful rental experience. My husband, cousin, and I were visiting from out-of-town and had a few questions regarding some potential rainy weather before we started. Not only did Katie patiently and warmly answer all our questions, Darren helped time our three-hour trip perfectly -- it stopped raining right as we left and dropped again right as we pulled back in! They also packed us extra ponchos, and even gave us an additional hour at no cost, just because they are compassionate and so nice.

We did the Midland Tunnel path (very easy to hop on from the rental location; just two blocks down Main Street) and the views were STUNNING. Natural rock faces, the coursing river lining a wide and easy dirt path, and the smell of juniper as you glide by made for a relaxing day. You also pass picnic tables for lunch, and if you're lucky, you may catch rafters racing by on the river like we did! (Made for fun conversations.)

Thank you so much, Katie and Darren! We have plenty of wonderful memories in BV and you just added to them. We can't wait to come back.

My husband and I rented from BV e-bikes in October during our 31st anniversary trip. We received the best customer service and had SO much fun riding up to Cottonwood Lake and through the old railway tunnels. I'm sure the bikes are fun any time of the year, but Buena Vista's fall colors are incredible. This family-owned business will give you everything you expect and much more. Go rent a bike and have a blast!

Wonderful experience at BV eBikes, talked with both Nancy & Rick, owner operators of the shop. Nancy responded early morning via Chat on their website with answers to questions I had before making a choice. No other operators in the area offered that kind of Customer Service. When I arrived I was greeted by Rick who first determined what kind of ride I wanted to do and then made suggestions on what bike best suited me for that ride. They have a large selection and variety of ebikes, all in great condition. They provided me with all of the equipment I needed, helmet, complimentary water and a First-aid kit in the storage compartment on the bike.

What a great time I had, started off going out on the Midland Bike Trail, an old railroad path with tunnels and beautiful views of the mountains. Then I rode up to the Four Mile area? I think the area was part of the National Forest with plenty of dirt road riding and more great views.

Probably one of my favorite experiences I’ve had in Colorado! The owners are just the nicest people and made us feel safe and prepared before we took off to hit some trails.
