We had a great first experience. My son had an old guitar that really needed the strings replaced and some extra tweaking done. They did it within hours and didn’t even charge us for the extra stuff. I would definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family.

Went here to rent a violin for my kid for school. The process was really easy. There were also shoulder rests and music stands and the exact book I needed for the class. Burt's made it very easy to get set up. And when my kid decided a couple weeks in that the violin was not for them, Burt's made the rental return process very easy. Highly recommend!

Took my bass in to get rewired here and Gary did such an amazing job! He went over and beyond by not only cleaning up the mess of wires on the inside but making sure everything else was up to par on the outside and road ready!! Not only did it feel better than when I first had it but they were quick and cost effective. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Denny and the crew are some of the most kind and respectable people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
