Overall excellent experience. Great communication throughout the purchase. The holster I ordered was of excellent quality and comfort, although I had issues concealing my pistol with it. It had absolutely nothing to do with Bucksnort......I'm trying to conceal a Springfield XDM full size . It's a very difficult gun to concealed because of of its grip length. Unfortunately I had to exchange it for another product. They made the exchange process extremely easy and gave me no hassles whatsoever. I will do business with this company again without hesitation.
