I sent my 110 in for a damaged blade. They replaced it, polished the bolsters and the handles look like new! All for $10. The knife looks like it's brand new again. Thank you Buck, great job as usual.

I’m very sad writing this review. I took a two hour detour on my honeymoon Road trip to stop at the buck factory store. The day I went, they were having some type of employee appreciation day. A lot of the people outside were very rude, and it was very obvious that they were not enjoying their job whenever getting inside and looking at a few different knives through the case and eventually asking for help with hardly an Indian store, I was ignored. After about 5 mins once i was helped i asked about using my pro/ military deal in store. To the three of them employees On the floor, didn’t know what I was talking about and the one manager who was Was so extremely rude and talk to me in a condescending voice. I’ve been a customer most of my life I received my buck knife on my 5th birthday. And am very involved in my community. Just say that I am disappointed with my buck knives experience is the biggest understatement. I left the store so disappointed. I went there to buy a new hunting knife, But ended up buying two Montana knife Company knives for a triple the cost Paid for a buck. But with much better service

I bought 5 knives and had them personally engraved as 2023 Christmas gifts for my Daughter and Grandsons and they absolutely loved them! Strong, beautiful, heirloom quality and razor sharp. They’ll have them as a remembrance of us long after we’re gone. A tremendous value for a USA made knife with a lifetime warranty.

Gotta love Buck knives . Just received my classic 110 (Lost mine a few years back ) . I carry the little brother 055 pocket knife daily .
Besides being made in the U.S.A. a plus as I opened my package there's a note from the CEO , J Buck reminding us the success to there company is that GOD is a Senior partner.

Great customer service. I sent them an old Buck folding knife of my father's with sentimental value for repair. I learned it was a 110 (it was made before they put the model on the blade). Once they got it, they said they could not repair it to their standards since they don't have the old-sized rivets anymore, so they sent me a new one. In addition though, they also repaired the old knife as well as I could have asked, and sharpened and polished it up! I only paid for shipping there. I will be buying from Buck in the future.

My buddy and I came to the factory today and you went out of your way to talk to us for a very long time to educate us on Buck and the history of things as well as how your product is made. It wasn’t the “tour” but we absolutely loved the experience of you talking to us.
