Vincent & Pam did such a great job in making sure my jacket came out perfectly. They were so patient and kind during the whole process, and truly went above and beyond. Both of them are dedicated to ensuring their work is of the highest quality and that the order comes out correctly. I can't thank them enough! Very disappointing. We had been in several times and spent a few hundred dollars. All was good until October when we went in again and picked out a full zip sweatshirt with a "Colorado State University" embroidered in cursive on the left front side and we asked to have "Grammy" embroidered in matching font on the right, as a Christmas gift for my wife's mother. The owner said it would take a couple of days and he would call when it was ready. Long story short, he never called and after we went back to the shop and then called (both while the shop owner was out), we still got no call back. I finally called again November 29 and spoke with the owner myself. He didn't remember the order (and didn't keep a record of it) and my wife had to describe again what we wanted. Then he said it would be done the next Wednesday. It wasn't. Our daughter went in that Thursday and he said it would be done in 30 minutes, but she she didn't have time to wait, so she said she'd pick it up after break ended. He then said he would do it right then. Ten minutes later she walked out with the wrong sweatshirt with the wrong embroidery. Obviously he had time to do it the first time while we waited, but decided that he could take his time since we paid in advance.
We won't be back.

BT Imprintables Green and Gold Shop made a special order of T-Shirts, hats and sweat pants for our group. The service was wonderful, quick very affordable. I would definitely recommend going here for any custom work that you need done. While I was there I saw great gifts that I am going back for for Christmas presents- the flask set will make a great gift for my brother in law- I just have to decide what I want engraved on it!
