Left my only wet copy of my POA for my deployed husband with them as a requirement to close on the property we sold to move back home to KY. Have emailed multiple times and called still don’t have it back. It’s been 5 weeks. Stormy’s attitude about it is ”it doesn’t effect me so I don’t care” if using a POA I highly recommend finding a different company if you need to move out of state after closing. You may never get yours back.

I did not have to deal with them very much until the end of the property sale. I live out of state and this sale was by my aunt, my mom, my uncle's estate and myself. Getting paperwork signed was no problem. Everything was via DocuSign and/or overnight mail. The issues came as I have been trying to get my check from them. Everyone else involved has received their checks and I have been waiting for over a month. I have called MULTIPLE times only to be told someone would look into it and get back to me. No one ever did. Supposedly the check is in the mail as of this past Friday so we'll see. I'm not impressed.

Able to get in and get out in a timely manner. Staff and business are organized, friendly, and communicate well. Wont leave without a question answered and knowing a time line of what is going to take place.
