They really take the time to explain the work that needs to be done and I never feel taken advantage of. In fact, they never charge if they don't do work, even when they take the time to diagnosis and explain the issues to me. I will be a loyal customer forever!

Brenda at brakes plus helped me out with an alignment SUPER fast!! Like 15 mins. They are always friendly and helpful. Make sure to ask about coupons, they can usually hook something up. Thanks again

My main complaint:
No warranty on the alignment. This is usually pretty standard and I'm a little bummed about that portion of the service.

Edit 03/14/25:
I again found myself needing to have my car looked at (noisy brake dust shield, soo annoying) so I made an appointment. Terry and Chris got me in right away and quickly diagnosed my problem. In less than 15 minutes they were able to bring me into the shop to show me the problem. Since I elected not to replace the dust shield, which was bent as , they offered to simply cut it off for me to stop the rattle. No charge for the quick fix and I was on my way in under half an hour.

Do not go to them if you have serious problems, was charged 1600 for them to do what I had already done myself and still never fixed the problem. Was told I would need to go to Dodge, went to another shop across town which fixed the issue with out going to Dodge, also took another vehicle weeks before for a front end alignment which seemed good only to find out later they didn't tighten the bolts after they were done, and it went out of alignment really quick,

I have always been a fan of brakes plus as a company but the customer service at this location is the best you can experience. Jesse helped find the best deal while making sure my car is safe. Not only that Chris who was up front assured us they would get our car finished despite it being nearly two hours after closing time. They were transparent and honest while also being understanding and compassionate of our situation. If you are debating on coming here consider the debate over, they are the best!

Great customer service, friendly staff. Only giving 4 stars not 5 because we've come here twice, and while the prices are good and the service is quick, they have forgotten items such as an alignment, and the previous time was a brakes issue we came in for; they found other greater issues with the truck we brought in and focused on those, neglecting our original concern which was not addressed.

We were not charged for missed procedures we requested, so it's not like they're cheating you out of your money. We'll be coming back for sure, seems like a good shop.

Chris was so helpful and explained everything throughly! Best place i’ve went to in a while, got the job done in less than 3 days. Definitely will be coming back and recommend to anyone who needs a good friendly car shop!
