Paul and Lisa provided a warm and welcoming environment for trying out their many beautiful new pianos. They were knowledgeable of all the various models and their quirks. To my pleasant surprise, they had the latest Kawai models. I’m a beginner hobbyist and felt totally comfortable in the store. Very friendly folks and a top notch store.

I had a fantastic experience at the Boulder Piano Gallery! I came in looking for a used piano for my piano studio and was so impressed with the excellent customer service and the wonderful selection of pianos. Paul and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, genuine, and extremely helpful. They weren't pushy at all. They have a great selection of pianos at a variety of price points. I was impressed to find several excellent choices in my price range. Beautiful instruments! I am so happy with my choice! This has been the best experience I have had at a piano store. I highly recommend and will be back if I ever choose to part with the excellent piano I purchased today.

I looked for the perfect piano for our budget, space, and aesthetic for months. I must have visited Paul and his staff at least 4 times looking over the options and asking questions. They were always welcoming and helpful and I never felt any pressure to buy or that I was asking too many questions. I am always looking for a deal so was also looking for one through a private seller, but eventually went with the Piano Gallery and am so glad I did. The delivery was seamless and we are so happy with our piano. They have a great consignment program as well.
