This was a great book store and gift shop. There were so many great books and many signed by the author new releases. The gift shop had great old school toys and gifts that I was so happy to find! I wish we had more time to stay because I could have spent hours in this place! Highly recommend!

I even got the sweatshirt! One look and I knew they’d have Maas. I was in immediate and desperate need of the next book in the Throne of Glass series. Definitely impressed by the curation there. I chanted “book shop bookshop book shop” for like 15 straight minutes after I left.

This is the best bookstore I know so far. They have lots of new books. And, they also accept and sell used books. You can find several chairs inside to relax. It makes me feel like staying in a library with newer books while I was there.

Officially my favorite bookstore in Cali- not only do they have a robust romance section, but they also had a copy of a hard to find Alexis Hall book (For Real, even had TWO copies!) and the other Spire series books

This bookshop has been my favorite local bookshop for 3 years, and my experience today was so disappointing. I set off an alarm. I was willing to declare my bag, but the staff was rude and kept saying, "You set the alarm off, what else did you take from the store?" This is not the first time, and I have also seen it happen to other customers, but other incidents were handled in more acceptable ways. I really felt judged based on my appearance, even though I have been buying at least one book every week for the past 3 years. Being told that I could be banned from this shop left a feeling that will take me a while to heal because I really love the sense of community in this bookshop, and it has been my comfort zone. Sadly, I may not visit the shop again unless I am certain the issue has been acknowledged and action has been taken.

Amazing Bookstore! Diverse collection of books with different sections for everything. Has every book you can imagine. There is also merch for UCSC and toys available. With a large children's section as well. This is one the best bookstores in the bay area.

One of the best local bookstores I have ever been to! It is incredibly well stocked, well organized, and brightly lit. Tons of bookshop recommendations (my favorite part of local stores). They also have a used books section for discounted books. Could have spent the whole day just browsing!
