Thankful to have a DMV that allows you to book appointments in advance online! The staff was super friendly and easy to work with! My only complaint is the lack of clear signage specifically pertaining to where online appointments seating is located...having never been there before, It was confusing to figure out where i needed to be waiting. Overall, I had a good experience at this DMV!

Insanely slow. There were maybe 15 people waiting in line and I was there for 2 hours. I know that the DMV is usually slow but woth only 15 people waiting why does need to take 2 hours?

What a poor system. I have been trying for over 2 hours just to get someone on the phone so that I can know what I need to replace a lost drivers license. So far nothing has led to an actual human. It keeps telling me to create an account on line. Which requires a drivers license. Guess what? I've lost my drivers license. I'm going to take my birth certificate, social security number and a bill to the dmv. I hope that is good enough. I'm sure since it is the government that I won't have what I need. What a waste of time and tax dollars.

The lady who helped me was really nice. They had speedy service. (I think my number was called maybe 2 minutes after I sat down. And that was with three people in front of me.)

The website isn’t updated to give accurate info and the building is very outdated. Most of the staff are kind and helpful

I understand that the DMV is typically slow and aggravating, but I've been in 4 times now and called, and each time I get told something different.
I'm trying to get a CDL permit. I called to verify what I needed to bring, and the woman on the phone told me social security card, and proof of residence. So that's what I bring. Then after waiting an hour and a half in line, the man at the counter tells me all I need is my birth certificate, and nothing else. So the second time, I make an appointment and bring that in. The woman I talked to that time tells me no, you need proof of residence and birth certificate, also, you aren't allowed to use the appointment system for permits, unless it's for a teenager, so I would have to go to the back of the line. So I come in again with proof of residence in the form of a vehicle registration, issued by this exact DMV. They tell me no, that's not a good enough proof of residence and send me away again.
Everyone at this office needs to be fired and replaced. There is no consistency, and no accountability, and my God they are the rudest people I have ever encountered.

I've had good experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, those good times seem to have ended. I went into the office last Friday. They said I had to make an appointment. They wouldn't let me make the appointment there, though, I had to call. I called. They said they were all full through the next Wednesday and that I had to call back Monday to set up an appointment for the next week. I'm not sure how they could be full already if you aren't allowed to make appointments until Monday, but okay. So now it's the next week and I've been on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes. It first said my wait time would be more than an hour. After about 45 minutes the time started to go down until it got to 54 minutes, then it went back to to more than 60 minutes. I'm obviously never going to get an answer. There's no other options. I can't leave a call back number, I can't make an appointment in person, but they don't answer the only number in which to make an appointment. So essentially nobody can actually access the DMV now. I've spent my entire work break on hold and can only wait 45 more minutes (putting my entire wait time at well over 2 hours by that point). Absolutely unacceptable system. I'm beyond frustrated. It's not like a police officer isn't going to fine me for not having current registration, but apparently I can't actually ever make an appointment to do so, either. I'm irate.

UPDATE: To make matters worse, after just over 2 hours on hold, someone clicked onto the line, however they apparently didn't realize it, because I could hear them typing and doing paperwork but they never actually spoke on the phone. I yelled to get their attention to no avail. After listening to them rustle with paperwork for 20 minutes, THEY hung up on me. So I spent 2.5 hours on hold for absolutely nothing. I'm now BEYOND IRATE. This is unacceptable. They need to change their system to one which offers callers the ability to leave their number and be called back in the order they called. I'll be filing a formal complaint if I ever actually get to talk to anyone.
