The bookstore and attaching bronco shop is well designed and organized, however the costs of textbooks and required materials for courses is outrageous. College shouldn't cost as much as it does.

Good college for in-state students, can't recommend for out of state education.

This time of the year they have great sale. So much Bronco "stuff" often at 40% off, summer and winter merch. Great deals, excellent staff.

Communication was lacking, but it was the beginning of the semester. Took a week and a half to get a physical access card that they sold as an online product without any information on the website stating so. I called and emailed to cancel the order before shipping (24 hours prior) but the next response I got was that it shipped and they had issued a return label for when I was delivered to me. We are 6 months into this pandemic and I would think that they would have a better process in place.

To be clear; it is not the fault of the workers in the store itself. Extremely poor in almost every aspect, though. First, only small batches of books are ordered (ex:15 books for 50 enrolled students). So my chance at being able to purchase an overpriced bundle of wordy garbage is already low.

Second, prices are insane. $267 for an 80-page soft cover. I laughed and walked out. Might as well just drop the act and actually rob me.

Third, the lines and service speed. Last semester I waited in line for 2 hours, paid $1,100 for 4 books, and then almost hung myself from the nearest tree.

It's basically a ticket scalper masquerading as a bookstore.

NOTE: This type of greed will certainly turn around to bite them when they call to ask me for donations in the future. I can't wait for THAT call.

Don't give the bookstore your money. They are making it hand over fist.

Jordan Ballroom was nice. Great food. Hope it doesn't go to waste as our party was much smaller than anticipated. Wifi connection issues all day.

FYI anyone renting books from the bookstore will be charged for the books if they are not returned immediatly after the semester. Also you are required to pay an additional $15 fee to remove a probationary renting flag if you would like to rent in the future. How is the charge for the books insufficient for covering the bookstores cost? The bookstore is clearly a profit-seeker.

The students working in the bookstore are not setup with adequate information to answer pretty straight forward questions. The new process for selecting books is very slow. Not to mention they only had 1 of my 4 required books. Nobody was able to handle my payment for the red flag and I left empty handed on 01/02/2017.

Love it! I just got an awesome zip-up hoodie in BSU-black. Cozy to wear around campus.💕 Prices are pretty high, so plan ahead for that.
