Melanie has been the best realtor we have worked with. Period. My husband and I started our property search by going into Blue Ribbon and asking about camping lots for sale and Mel printed off copies of lists for us to take with us. I think we did this twice before we were actually in a position to buy anything! Once we had our piece of paradise chosen, she was so easy to work with. When we later listed the property with her, she was excellent communicating with us regularly. Even when things were slow.

We can't thank Mel and David enough for the help they have provided us. Even months after the sale.

Melanie Brassfield is really knowledgeable on all aspects of property buying and selling in the Cascade area.. It is important to know about the details of the well and septic on a property that has an existing system
or if you're looking at bare land that you want to build on.. Don't expect that knowledge from a realtor from the valley. She helped us make a more informed decision on the home we bought and saved us a big headache. Thanks Mel!
