We love shopping here, especially great sales. We usually shop senior day for our love pets. We buy Ranchers Choice brands and are very satisfied. Our dogs and cats all of them for over 25 years. Even our children and grandchildren shop here. Customer service here is amazing. Always polite, knowledgeable, and are personable etc. You can ask for help and they are there. Great place to shop!

Placed an online order for pick up at 1 pm. Was happy to receive an email around 11 am stating it was ready! Good news because my contractor was in a good stopping point and I could leave the house. Parked in spot #1 and called the phone number on the sign. Friendly woman took my information then put me on hold. 5 minutes later, due to the heat, I headed into the store figuring it would be quicker to pick it up myself. The clerk at the entrance was not too friendly, questioned that it was actually ready, but called the "yard", then told me I needed to drive into the pick-up area and my order would be loaded into my car. And I would be required to show my confirmation email to whoever was to load it into the car. Fine. As I was exiting the store the friendly woman from the phone hurried over and apologized for not getting back to me and said she was waiting on an answer from someone. Her apology is why I'm not giving a 1-star review. I got into my car, headed to where I was directed - from pick-up parking to the load-it-in-your-car area and was almost there when an associate met me; it looked as thought he was going to bring it to where I was parked because my order was in a cart. So, there I was, hoping no one wanted to drive through because I was now blocking the road. And he never even asked my name or for my email confirmation. I got home and received another email reminding me to pick up my order. Gotta laugh. Or not.

On 12-24-24 I went to the pueblo west location with the sole intention off purchasing 2 riffles, outfitting, ammo, and PPE. After waiting at the gun counter for approx 10 minutes I happened to glance over to see your 4 (KARENS) cashiers profiling me like a criminal and speaking in low tones over the radio. It was at that point I became very uncomfortable and began to fear for my own safety and well being. As a approached the exit to leave an older gentleman attempting to move a 2000+ pound gunsafe by himself finally attempted to assist me. At that point I choose to take my purchase elsewhere where they GLADLY made a $5240 CASH SALE. YOU SHOULD STEONGLY RECONSIDER YOUR POLICIES.

TRUCK DRIVERS- Pueblo West on Industrial Blvd-this place has such kind people. The dock is in the back of the building. Enter on Watusi Dr and once in the lot immediate left towards the back of the building. I checked in with the gentleman that was working at the front in the Barn. Super quick unload. I didn’t even have time to make my coffee 😁

Had an issue with a powered weed sprayer which was less than two years old. Talked to a very nice man who got me a part off the shelf ( no charge ) with the managers ok . Went home and changed it out, problem solved, who does that?

The ole boys club at customer service needs to go! I asked a question about a boot and I got the answer "does this look like clothing?". No, but it does say customer service!!!! Guess y'all don't know what that means🤷🏻 We went to Boot Barn instead!

Mr.Dean at PW BIG R. DESERVES A RAISE! He was the sweetest most helpful patient employee I've ever experienced. He helped me with my Hose problem and made sure I had the right Connector for it. . I hope he gets recognized for GOING BIG AND BEYOND. He's awesome #DEAN

The store was clean, bright, and spacious, compared to other Big Rs we've been to. The woman who rang us up was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. This is the first time I had been to this location, and have no complaints/critiques whatsoever!
