Probably an odd review for a feed/farm store but my toddler loves coming here to check out their collection of Schleich farm animal figurines 🐕 they have a surprisingly wide collection that changes occasionally and my little farm-animals-obsessed kiddo finds this place to be a hidden gem for realistic figurines 💎

I love Big R. i go mostly to get my wild bird seed and critter food, but I always find something else I need. I love that they are all dog friendly. I have a pitbull and a lot of places we go we get stares but not here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Also a plus when they have baby chick's in to look at.

Such great customer service here!! I needed a 5-way vaccination for my new puppy.
I had arrived on the bus & had 15 mins to catch it after it turned around. Or wait an hour...

Great pet food prices! I received great customer service from the stocking guy in the dog food aisle. This is my go to for dog and cat food from now on. I got 40 lbs of puppy food and 2 big butcher type bones for $53!! Outstanding!

Update 10/5/2020 I asked the only staff available on the floor, (sporting goods) for the price of carriage bolts as they are not listed. He did not know and just stiod there with his arms crossed. I went to the front and asked, getting the answer that the parts are sold by the pound. When I returned, the sporting goods employee walked over to me and asked If I got my answer. I told him it is by the pound. Perhaps I can recieve compensation for training this employee.

I get so frustrated with those that work the back at this location. Very unhelpful.

I get exceptional service from the front of the house. However, every time something has to be radioed to the back, I hear irritation ad additude. Recently, I gave a concern to the employees in the back about false advertising to no avail. There is 12 percent protein bird food advertised as 30 percent. Excellent in the front, boo in the back.

i like when a owner(s) step out of the box (monument, fountain, falcon and powers & constitution stores) and takes a gamble to bring a new product in. I accidentally ran across it Christmas shopping (2019) just after Thanksgiving last year. went home and did my research on it and was impressed. went back to the store and easy spent $100.00 plus on this product and shared them with family and friends. Followed the instructions per the bottle and been using it since the first part of December on multiple vehicles of mine. it has done what it says it is going to do so far. Made in the USA. Also, thank you for carrying this product and supporting a local business. Been tracking my fuel mileage. It has put money back in my pocket. between me and my coworkers using it. There has been a variance when they have seen the a difference from within a 1/2 tank from the initial tank fill up until the 4th tank fill up. Also works great with small engines and 2 cycle equipment. Manufacturer is great responding on technical questions.

Update: Big R has decided they will not be reordering/ restocking this product at this time. there is some limited quantities left between stores. if this product has worked for you. just go to the vendors website or call them. they do have a couple of new bottle options on there too.

Somebody in charge of stocking is utterly incompetent. The website says they have many items in store available for pickup that they do not actually have. Save yourself a trip and either call ahead or go somewhere else.
