Seems everyone's reviews were from when they first opened! This place was great when they first opened. Now it's not even worth walking through, yes, very dirty, and the price they want for opened used stuff (plus they don't even know if it even works) is outrageous! Clearance isle! HA! What clearance they want more for stuff you can buy at Walmart for cheaper! Its really disappointing to see! Used to be a great deal! Now, not so much!

My wife and I are hard core bargain hunters so we love to shop Big Deals. We are retired so we have time to shop this store carefully and it pays off. We find allot of products we typically use for at least half or more off Walmart or Winco prices, especially in the food sections. The staff is nice and helpful. Some of their pricing seems a little high until you check it on-line, so bring your phone with you so you can compare.

I love to shop here 🙂 This is a great place for me to buy snacks or my classroom and items for my family. I am however disturbed to see that you have closed your public restroom due to misuse by customers. Your store is large enough that providing a restroom is a must. Sending customers to Cal Ranch next door or the mall is such a disrespectful strategy. Apparently these businesses are somehow able to maintain clean and functional facilities even though they face the same challenges you do. A restroom is a must for families with small children, elderly customers, people with mobility issues, and really just a common courtesy for all of your customers. Don't pass the buck for providing a restroom on to your customers or neighboring businesses. Figure out how to maintain and monitor the bathrooms like every other business in town.

This store is absolutely filthy. From the moment you walk in the door, the entryway is disgusting. They have mice everywhere crawling all over the food people are buying. The bottoms of those bins that they throw everything in has mice droppings.

Stop sending lies in you text messages and ads, your store is 30 to 50 percent off as a bussiness model your not offering members 50% off of one toy like your message says. Fix your marketing or your going to loose bussiness. You already pissed us off with this on the last 50% off toys promotion because there was no additional discount. We watched a dozen people get mad and all your employees were giving us attitude because they were mad they were having to explain your confusing verbiage to us. Made it an all around terrible shopping experience and we like others almost just left and didnt get anything. Very disappointing you dont understand....

I absolutely love this place! As a poor college student this is a great alternative option to afford various items. They have been very understanding with the returns I’ve made. You just need to be willing to dig around to find good deals, especially in the food area.

Many of the items are just barely expired or about to expire so if you have an issue with this, check the dates on the items you purchase.

They also often times have additional sales on top of the already discounted items. Great affordable place to shop!

I am always looking for a good deal and this store does have some amazing deals. It also makes me happy to see a store that can provide cheaper food products for the community. It’s like going to a Goodwill store, you may or may not find something you like, and you may or may not like the price. Some of their products are at or way close to the original product price you’d pay at the original store. As an example: the Costco fuzzy blankets that go on sale near Christmas were $1 cheaper than you’d pay at Costco. I also found some brand name leggings there but they wanted $60 for them, so not really a deal. They get expired or returned items from other stores. I say to each their own on whether your okay buying expired food. But either way, I’m glad the community has that option. I bought two packs of Duracell flashlights, that normally go for $10-15 at Costco. I paid $11.99, the batteries were all missing, and one pack had no working flashlights. Their customer service desk did give me a full refund though on the pack that didn’t work. The sticker only said damaged packaging so maybe that’s why they refunded me so easily. Overall an awesome store that offers some great options. If you put the hard work in to look through everything, you’ll find some amazing deals.

Has pretty good stuff at a good price I got a bag of snacks for around 10 dollars and love that they have a frozen section and a clothing section
