Best Western Plus Loveland Inn - Loveland, Colorado

My husband had a surgical procedure at Medical Center of the Rockies a couple of weeks ago. It was supposed to have been a one day/night procedure stay and it ended up being seven nights. We booked a room at the Best Western for one night. We have a Tibetan terrier and because she is not a service dog, I was not allowed to stay at the hospital. Over the seven day stay, I found Angie, the manager, and her sister to be very accommodating, helpful and professional which helped make a stressful situation more pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and had a nice assortment of breakfast items. I do not eat eggs or sausage but they had many other options from which to choose and everything was good. They also have a nice, fenced in dog park on the property which our dog enjoyed. Next time we go to Loveland for any future hospital stays for my husband, I plan to book a room at this hotel. I was very impressed.

Terrible Experience - Our stay was extremely unsettling. Upon check-in, a former employee and his partner were assaulting the front desk staff, requiring police intervention and disturbing all guests.

Later that night, around 2 AM, someone—likely the manager—knocked, opened our door, and peeked inside while we were sleeping. It was terrifying. The next morning, my 15-year-old daughter told me a group of girls entered her room due to an overbooking issue.

Since then, I’ve tried to contact the manager for a refund but have received no response. Completely unprofessional

This is our second time staying here and the front staff. Angela was being trained the first time and a month later, she is really going the extra mile behind the desk and doing a great job. The rooms have always been clean and well stocked. They are pet friendly. Would highly recommend them

The hotel seemed nice on the outside, but I was rather quickly disappointed seeing glitter all in the carpets. Ordinarily it wouldn't bother me but it stuck to my boots and spread everywhere.
The staff there seemed tired and overwhelmed if anything, truth be told I felt rather bad for them.

The restaurant there, Monroe's, was disappointing as I was told they would be serving until 9pm. But their cook apparently left early, so I had to settle with getting food from the gas station.
Though to be fair, the server at the restaurant was kind and very sympathetic about the situation.

The room itself was meh, nothing bad, nothing mind-blowing. What you'd hopefully expect from a hotel, really.

Honestly, the only positive experience I had was with the server at the restaurant and the staff in general. Everything else was disappointing and forgettable, a waste of an overseas visit.

Ive stayed here before, this time will be my laat. There were several issues checking in including with my card. The staff didnt handle that all so well espically Angie, who came off as rude when i tried to explain what was going on with my card.

Thw heater in my room made a rattling noise there was duxt tape holding stuff in place in the bathroom. The mini fridge was off which i didnt notice whenn i put my food in. Hotel definitely needs an update it feels old cold and dark. Rooms were very clean though.

Great staff, horrific odor in a horrible room! Your hotel needs a complete remodel! Dated, broken fixtures and the smell yikes!! I would not leave my belongings in the room in part because of the odor but mainly because the window lock was broken! You gotta be a very brave person to even take your shoes off in that room pretty sure your carpet color is “Stained” The staff is great ! Nothing bad to say about the staff but you can be the nicest person in the world it only takes one night in that room to be disgusted with the experience as a whole! Sorry for a best western this hotel misses the mark of my expectations!

After a long, stressful night we finally ended up at this hotel and were greeted by Sidney and a friendly guy whose name I never got. They were so kind and helpful! The room we had was perfect for our dogs, and they have a fenced in area for them to exercise! So glad we ended up here, I won't stay any other place when visiting the area.
