Nice quiet location conveniently located right off the freeway. Multiple restaurants nearby including a Perkins next door. Staff were friendly and the facility was clean. Room was very nice with comfortable bed. The courtyard/pool looks so nice and inviting! Would be enjoyable to sit in the evening when the weather is nice (we traveled during the cold months).

I travel with my small dog and find Best Western is always a great place to stay as they are always welcoming. The extra they charge for my pet is reasonable and the Best Western in Burley ID has luxury vinyl flooring which gives me confidence that the floor is clean. I dislike carpet in hotel rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and they had a nice area to walk my dog.

Staff are very accommodating. Making sure our stay was pleasant, greeted me and thanked me for being a member. The restaurant was good. It is a Perkins. Nice area. Other than the road construction the area is a nice growing country town.

The young boy at Front desk needs to learn a little bit more etiquette and just like a few other small town Best Western they charge you online when you pay for your room then they charge you again when you get there I would’ve just left the other night but it didn’t matter. I had nowhere else to go or stay and it was, four more hours of driving before I would’ve got a hotel as far as the hotel and the restaurant Perkins goes pretty good place customer service completely terrible my room that was supposed to be 125 ended up being 275 with all the extra charges of paying for the room twice and tax this is not the first time it’s happened to me in Best Western and I doubt it will be the last

I really like staying at Best westerns when travelling.
Rooms were nice, shower was hot, but was in the back forty.........far away from the lobby.
