We are excited to have Bella La Crema here in Longmont. We went to their opening this weekend (8/4/24) and sampled a bunch of their organic, grass fed butters. We are excited to be able to find a local and live product. We really enjoyed the variety of flavors they have both sweet and savory. My favorites were the Holiday Bourbon and rosemary’s sage. Looking forward to returning in a week or so once they release their take & bake items.

Adorable little shoppe full of deliciously interesting gourmet items from around the world! My husband sampled a bunch of the “made on premise” butter flavors and we walked out with a bag full of treats. 10+ points to the knowledgeable and helpful staff. Definitely take home an espresso crème brûlée, and thank me later..

Bella La Crema is amazing and the owner, Shauna, is incredibly gifted. If you want first class personal service and the most amazing gourmet butter, you will not be disappointed in your visits to Bella. The atmosphere of Bella is very comfortable and cozy and the cleanliness of the kitchen is impeccable. Give Bella a try… you will not be disappointed!

We are here now - noonish on a Sunday. We had our dog with us so we sat outside (there are 3 tables outside). There was no wait, the service was excellent, the food delicious food and the coffee was both interesting and great. We had the butter flight with savory and sweet butter (with a hot, perfect baguette), the burrata nest with eggs, and the coffee with a cinnamon butter. Definitely come here!!! We will be back soon and I’m already planning to bring my sisters who are coming to visit from out of state next month!!!

What a find. My wife and I stopped in last night for a relaxed dinner and wound up staying for two hours, so welcome did we feel—and so culinarily intrigued. Bella la Crema immediately reminded us of a neighborhood café in France or Italy, relaxed, cozy, very comfortable and warm. We love a place where you can sit together on a nice couch, drink your wine, eat a nice meal, and not feel rushed in any way. This is that place.

And the food...just delicious. We started on a pretty decadent note, with a glass of decent Malbec and a small-plate dish that consisted of a croissant hollowed out and filled with very good burrata; the tips were toasted with one of their specialty butters, not sure which one. Fantastic. For entrees we had the tomato bisque with grilled cheese, excellent, and the buttermilk chicken salad, also quite good. Dessert was a seasonal pumpkin bread pudding. Mmmm. Perfect.

The big concept behind Bella la Crema is specialty, house-made butters. We tried only two, unless I missed one, but both were interesting and appealing. They make something like a dozen different variations, both sweet and savory. My wife's not a huge butter fan, so I may be returning on my own to sample the "butter flight"...what a concept!

This place is a gem. We will be back often. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a “butter bar”, but I was amazed. Bella La Crema has a wonderful atmosphere and an amazing owner. We started with a butter flight (4 butters; two sweet, 2 savory and a half of a baguette), and then I had the herb egg scramble on a croissant. The butters were all so creamy and had fantastic flavors. I didn’t know butter could taste so good!! The egg croissant was absolutely delicious as well. I’m looking forward to returning to try more!

I loved the original Bella la Crema Restaurant and Butter Bar in Lyons and am thrilled to see it open again in Longmont. Now with great treats, take-out sandwiches and food - plus, of course all the amazing butters. Today I had an Italian croissant sandwich with her home-made marinated pickles which made it out of this world! Congratulations Shawna!

I was so happy to stumble upon this place with my cousin because it's like I dreamed it up myself. Sweet and savory butters with fresh hot bread? That's all I ever want to eat and in fact I'm genuinely sad I'm not there right now. There are many different flavors of butters to choose from along with other food if you want breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner.

It is beautiful inside and felt like it may have been transported from the French countryside. The artwork on the walls are gorgeous and makes staring at the menu while you debate ordering every butter a huge pleasure.

The owner was so kind and happy to talk to us about the various butters as we decided. My favorites were the Rosemary Sage, French Countryside, and Song of India. They were just full of flavor and delicious. I hope to be back soon and I HIGHLY recommend making the trip to visit because it is absolutely worth it.
