LOVING OUR LIFE IN BELL KEN-CARYL APARTMENTS!
We are from Breckenridge, CO, after 17 years living the great mountain life, was time for our family to start a new adventure in the city. We looked everywhere on this side of the FRONT RANGE, I think the south west area of Denver offers the best of the best. Schools, location, trails, easy access to main highways and amazing views. Red Rocks is super close too. We toured maybe 20 different apartments complexes , new, old, fancy, big and small, and finally found Bell Ken-Caryl Apartments. From the moment we arrived until today has being fantastic. The staff if kind and professional, Sarah the manager is AMAZING, also Jessie the assistant manager and the maintenance team are always on top of things. Great community, safe, chill , super clean , a mix of cozy and modern, great pool, gym and fun club house. PERFECT LOCATION , with 2 big supermarkets just 5 minutes away , the trail system around the corner , restaurants and great schools near by too. 470 and 285 highways just minutes away, & all around beautiful suburban neighborhoods to explore.
I keep saying that it feels like a small mountain village. We are lucky to live here and we are looking forward to many more wonderful seasons! So if you love the outdoors, an active lifestyle, easy access to Denver city vibe. and great value for your money with great amenities, this is the place to be!

Been living here going on four years now. Jessie and Sarah are good and kind people. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly. Can't beat the location, especially the bus stops for the kids to get to and from school. Other than the rent increases, we enjoy living here. Haven't had any issues with noise or other tenants; everyone seems to keep to themselves. Plus our dog loves it here too!

Living at Bell Ken-Caryl is comfortable, enjoyable. While here, I’ve had only 2 questions on minor issues, & 2 concerns. Sarah was available to address them - she’s attentive, considerate, and easy to speak with.

For 2 questions, Sarah offered possible solutions. That took care of everything!

One concern was a new policy that made me wary. Sarah outlined the policy change and implementation. Now ready for change.

The other she researched, & resolved it while I was still in her office. That was brilliant!

I appreciate her assistance and consistency. And humor.

Just the facts here: I reserved an apartment on 11/23/24 and was immediately charged a $300 deposit to my credit card. I changed my mind and cancelled within the 72 hour window. On 11/26/24, I received an email saying my deposit would be refunded by check. As of 1/2/25, I have not received my deposit refund. I stopped in the office at Bell Ken Caryl and spoke with the assistant leasing manager. He checked my ledger. He informed me that my check was never cut and he could not say when I would receive it. I have chosen to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. The credit card representative I spoke with was very supportive and agreed the management company was unreasonable in not refunding my deposit in a timely manner. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency. Proceed at your own risk.

I've lived here 6 months and it has been a great experience for a first time apt renter. The staff here is helpful and they respond quickly to questions or maintenance issues. I have zero complaints and would recommend this place to everyone and anyone

Lived here for a year and loved it, would've stayed but wanted to move into the city. The leasing office staff are all very kind and we're helpful whenever I needed anything, plus they kept frescas stocked up for me at all times!

My wife and I have lived here for 8 years the grounds have been pretty good for the past few years, but the last few years I have been cleaning up the grounds from dog poop at least 5-7 bags of poop when I take my dog out I was asked to stop picking up the dog poop to see if the ground keeper would clean up the mess has not happened yet so much dog crap on the grounds it’s sucks for what we pay to live here I guess I will go back to cleaning the grounds again……. It’s sad
