The Beaumont Hotel is an amazing property! This family owned; historic masterpiece is worth a trip to the beautiful, quaint town of Ouray! From the minute you walk in and see the restored period lobby with its grand staircase to the amazing rooms you won't want to leave! Esther, one of the owners checked us in and was as pleasant as could be and filled us in on the hotel's history and the local knowledge of the town. We toured the town and the finished the day with amazing craft cocktails in the newly opened hotel lobby bar. This was a stop on our way to Montrose from Telluride. An amazing 20-minute diversion for the night. We absolutely will return to this hotel! Side note is don't miss the Wiesbaden Hot Springs & Vapor Caves while in town. Walking distance from The Beaumont the hot springs and especially the vapor caves are not to be missed! We highly recommend a stay at the Beaumont Hotel & Spa!!!

This hotel is amazing! The history the people and the kindness the staff brings. Julie was an amazing concierge that was a wealth of knowledge. Doreen was magnificent on her massage at the spa and knew right where I needed to be massaged.

Jarrod was an excellent host and bartender. You know he loves what he does and we certainly enjoyed his company. If you’re wanting a kind, friendly atmosphere this is the place to go.

The hotel manager came and greeted us upon leaving and he was super friendly and we really enjoyed our 48 hour stay in the presidential suite.

Thank you all for everything us girls will definitely be back!!

We were treated better than family. From Julie at the front desk to Nic the outstanding chef to the bartender Jerrod to the coffee shop staff, everyone made us feel like we were home. The new bar and lounge and coffee shop are tremendous additions. Nic is the best chef in town and they’re working hard to expand an already outstanding menu. The rooms are, as always, one of a kind elegance that doesn’t exist anymore.

Had a wonderful stay in the tower suite! The hotel itself is absolutely oozing with unique history, charm, and style. The staff are accommodating and clearly care about the hotel and its history. The Cafe and the tavern are excellent places to start your mornings and evenings in Ouray. At the risk of sounding cliche, I wish I could give this place more stars than five!

Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Ouray. It’s such a beautiful historic building with a very cool lobby. The staff definitely made our stay memorable celebrating our engagement. Thanks so much team for the great memory that we have of our stay in our favorite mountain town!!

This was the 3rd stay for my wife and me. We had a great over night getaway with our friends. We shared the presidential suite and it was a fabulous and relaxing time. The room is beautiful and quiet. My only complaint was the queen bed was a little saggy in the middle. I mentioned it to the day manager and he said it would be addressed before our next stay. I trust they will fix it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a memorable experience.

We had driven through Ouray many years ago and commented that next visit we would stop and stay at the Beaumont , so we were very pleased to get a room here. We called while in route and were able to reserve the queen suite for 2 nights. Parking is on the street but an easy walk to lobby. Staff here is above excellent. Everyone pleasant and helpful. Great history behind this stately building. And they were happy to discuss it with us. There is an elevator here so no problem with accessing upper level. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Bathroom had a walk in shower and a claw foot tub as well. The water closet was next to bathroom and could be closed for privacy. Nice amenities provided for shower and bath. Coffee maker in room. My only complaint was the quality of the coffee pods wasn’t great. But free coffee is provided for guests in the downstairs cafe and it was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was just heavenly but the style of bed is an elevated one and anyone below my 5 foot 5inch height would have trouble climbing up into it. If you have any mobility issues I would suggest you ask about the bed before you book.|Our room faced the Main Street and on occasion street noise could be heard

Our stay at the Beaumont was everything we had hoped for. The restoration was very well done. Our room was comfortable, and gave us a great glimpse into what a great hotel was back in the day, but we were glad to have a nicely appointed bathroom-we didn’t want the complete old school experience! The staff was great, and we look forward to going back again.
