Lonnie is absolutely rude. Although I understand it’s tax season and I can’t imagine how busy accountants are at the moment, you still treat someone with respect. We were hoping to get in and get our taxes done with them and I had called with a few questions before we brought them in, after asking if he had a moment I then realized my business was an inconvenience to him as I got a long pause and a big inconvenience sigh then a run down of how this is like asking a farmer to get down from his tractor during harvest…
