I took my phone in to get the screen replaced, and they offered to clean out my speakers and charging port. They completely blew out the speaker on the top of my phone, and 3-4 days later, my phone stopped charging permanently. I wish I could say I had a good experience, but it cost over a hundred dollars for the repair, and I had to get a new phone. I would not recommend this store; it is obvious that they do not care about your phone and will be rough.

2nd update: the Springs store fixed my sons iPad in a few hours!! I’m so grateful for them!!
Update: thanks to the manager Mark (unsure if he’s the general or district manager) and his team at his Colorado Springs store my sons ipad is getting fixed. I do not recommend the store in Pueblo (as seen below) but the store in the Springs off Janitell is amazing.

When I walked in with my severely autistic child’s iPad the employee said huh this is the 5th one this week why does everyone bring them in?! They are so hard to repair! The other employee even apologized when he left the room. Regardless they took the iPad. Then I got a call today saying they don’t fix them which is a lie since they got 5 others earlier. They are discriminating against my son. They are actually horrible people.

If I could give this place no stars I would ! I called Saturday and was told I could get a data transfer from old broken screened phone to my new phone for 99 dollars and just to make an appt ..... we'll I called Monday and was told the guy jesus i spoke to Saturday lied to me and he "does weird stuff". Couldn't even direct me to anyone who could help me get my kids baby pictures off my phone .... clearly these people have no integrity and I guess I'm glad I learned of this before I spent the money!

I was happy to get to schedule an appointment, but surprised that I needed to leave my phone behind for 45 minutes and they needed my login. Made me nervous because there is so much personal information available on my phone. They replaced the glass and it looks like they did a fine job. They were extremely busy, but they were efficient and treated everyone in the store with courtesy and respect.

I shattered my iPhone 7 plus screen and brought it here after calling around to a few other places and finding the lowest price here. Service was friendly and fast. The price for a screen repair was $129, but they have a $10 coupon that they applied when I asked about it. It took about an hour. They'll probably offer to put on a screen protector for you, but they'll charge $20 for a screen protector you can buy for less than 5 bucks online (and it's not hard to put on yourself), so I'd skip that! I'd recommend this place for affordable, fast phone repairs!

I made an appointment online on Sunday to have my cell phone battery replaced on Monday morning. I was there promptly at 10:30 a.m. and was then told my work would not be completed until 1:00 p.m. When I went back at the designated time, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I don't think that is great customer service and will probably go elsewhere next time.

We are happy to say I'm glad you were able to fix the screen however bummed out because its locked and now have to go to the Apple store to have it unlock. I tunes like you recommended didn't work. Over all you were fast and friendly. Thanks for you quick service.

Book your appointment online and save $10 is awesome! Getting a new battery vs a new phone was worth it. Quick and affordable & not charging my phone 4 times a day! Thank you BP!
