Just had my second spectacular service with the team at Batteries Plus. Our car battery died last night and by 11 am today I had a seamless internet transaction, book an appointment and Caleb had installed a new battery. I highly recommend Batteries Plus, they take great care of their customers.

I met Caleb this afternoon and he couldn't have been more helpful! I arrived to recycle some lead-acid batteries from an old APC UPS and he took them in. Then I asked if he had some empty boxes for a shipping task I was in town for. Two boxes and packing foam came. Then he helped tape up the boxes...and carry them to my car. Way above and beyond! Then we finally did some research on two battery projects I have in mind. He was patient and we found solutions. I will return with buying batteries. I could not be happier with this young man's helpful attitude. I will be back tomorrow!

The staff are incredible kind, understanding, and helpful! I went in to get a diagnosis for my 5+ year old Samsung phone that wouldn't turn on, and they told me exactly what the problem was and what battery I needed to order, and that I could bring it in to have them put it all back together. They didn't even charge for the diagnosis! They haven't even repaired my phone yet and they've already earned 5 stars, especially thanks to Armando.

Out of all the tech repair places I've been to in Boulder, this is by far the best. None of the usual condescending or scammy attitude that so many of them seem to have.

If I could give more stars I would. I had 40 years of unused flashlights and in 30 mins they cleaned them and tested them at no charge. I now have a bag full of useable flashlights I can donate to the shelter. Win-win-win!!!! So grateful they were so helpful.
