We were in last night for the $9.95 candle sale. The store was busy, but really well stocked. Lots of candles to choose from. The staff was constantly stocking and offering to assist customers. They actually had four cash registers open, so there was virtually no waiting time. Plus, it's always nice to stack coupons (I used two) A very nice Saturday evening Christmas shopping experience .

The service at the store was good, they had most of the products I was looking for. However, I had also ordered online and was scheduled to pick up one of those items at that store. I received an email stating that pick up portion of my order was cancelled because I either: didn't pick it up in time (I was never notified it was ready), I had cancelled the item (I had not), or the store was out of that item - they were not; I saw SEVEN of that item in store - all in the same spot in the store (see pic). Super annoying. I'm also bugged that I can no longer stack/use multiple coupons in one transaction. They have ALWAYS allowed this in the past, I did it almost every time I shopped there. No more. You have to do a separate transaction for each coupon (which sometimes means I'm not getting as good of a deal or that I have to buy more product to qualify to use a coupon). I suspect it's because of their new rewards program (it looks like you can stack rewards offers), which seems like a good program, but I certainly have not earned as many rewards as coupons they are sending me. So I had to do three separate transactions from B&BW (one online, two at the same store on the same day) to get all the items on my list and be able to use the coupons they gave me.

I always love their scents. The deals are not as great unless you go during their semi annual sales though. I went in August 2022 and they already have Halloween themed products.

This location was very clean, well kept up and tons of stock available. The employees were friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations. There's always a big variety of flavors for people to choose from and the items are decently priced. We particularly love their occasional sales on the foaming hand soap and candles.

The store was very well organized, with a high variety of items. Devon has been very helpful, even when we found another coupon and had to go back and ring everything over again. He was very polite and did it with a smile on his face. Thank you, Devon! Great customer service skills! You rock!
