Amazing store! First time being in one! Loved the selection and the environment! Did not care for a pushy sales woman on their resorts deal i store then gave us a hard cold shoulder after declining her offer. Made you feel unwelcome after the interaction.

Love bass pro shops, They always have a very good selection, and shopping here is always a fun experience. Also, the staff are great. All of them know what theyre talking about, and are very helpful for everything you have questions about. I cant say much about the hunting section, but their fishing and camping gear are pretty top notch for the price point. Keep it up bass pro shops!

Amazing Store but terrible customer service ! employee refused to help me mount scoupe on rifle bought from them because they where Closing in 2 Hours 🤦‍♂️ i don’t think mounting a scope on rifle takes more them 20 min .
they just lost a customer just like that , where is management looking?

I stood there for almost 20 minutes while three employees just stood around. Finally, Amanda at the firearms register helped me, but she was incredibly standoffish. Her attitude was condescending, making me feel like I didn't know anything. When she answered my questions, she was sarcastic and made the whole experience very unpleasant. It was early in the morning, so no one was really there..do better

This store is HUMONGOUS!!! They have all sorts of stuff around here from camping gear, clothing, shoes, and MUCH more! The staff were really nice, the place was clean, and the elevators are in a good condition as well. We also liked the fish tank that was here too. So, if you need any camping, clothing, or anything related to outdoor gear, it’s worth checking out.
