The food and service were outstanding. Bao buns are soft pillows of deliciousness and the king salmon was super fresh. It IS pretty pricey but I can handle an occasional splurge when everything else is this good. Jacqueline, Frank, and Chris, you are amazing people, thank you for providing such a great experience.

Bao Boi is a fantastic little spot with excellent service, a charming atmosphere, and beautifully presented dishes. While I personally don’t love most of the menu items - more due to my own palate than anything else - I can still appreciate the quality and creativity behind them.

That said, I’d love to see a bit more variety on the menu. Adding something like a traditional non curry ramen or another type of noodle soup option could make it more accessible to a wider range of diners. I’d love to support them more, but it’s tough when the menu doesn’t quite align with my tastes.

Regardless, I have no doubt they’ll do great in this location. Wishing them all the best!

I just found my new favorite place!!!! We discovered this restaurant while out for a walk on the green belt and we were immediately welcomed and made to feel at home. The waitress was incredibly nice and explained the food, menu and drinks. Best waitress by far I’ve ever had. The food knocked my socks off and my wife and I were so excited to share with each other because it was so delicious. We are anxious to go back and try everything on the menu. As we were leaving the chef made a point to say goodbye and thank us for coming in. That made us feel so important and we have a new favorite restaurant!!!

Amazing Bao, fluffy, fresh and great flavor! Crazy attention to detail on everything inside, especially the painted murals those are awesome. Plan on making this place a regular spot.

Came here for anniversary and absolutely loved it! Feels like we tried everything on the menu and enjoyed everything. 🙂
The Korean corn dog is the best! Definitely recommend. Got one on Friday, and had to come back again the next day for another.
The bao Buns are so soft and goes well with any topping. We tried 3 different ones, will definitely be coming back!

I’m excited to have Bao Boi open in this location! I ordered the Braised Beef Curry, which was so tender and comforting that I knew I found my go-to place for Japanese Curry. The food’s fantastic with a wide variety of options for different diets, but really their outstanding service puts them over the top. I look forward to more greenbelt walks ending at Bao Boi. It’s such a pleasant experience!
