Getting a passport here was a breeze. I had stopped at the post office earlier and was treated fairly poorly. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful at the Court House. The Court House can’t take passport photos, so I would highly recommend getting a money order and passport photo beforehand.

First time I went here was to apply for my marriage license. When we came back to turn it in, the gave me two certified copies, and step by step instructions to get my name changed. We didn’t hesitate to come back for passports. They helped my husband apply for a new one and helped me renew mine. Quick easy and very helpful! Thank you ladies so much for your help every time!

Every phone call with Nevaeh, in person interaction at the clerk’s desk, and our meeting with prosecutor Herzog exceeded expectations. The whole experience speaks to the integrity and professionalism of each person working there. Thank you very much.

Every one of the lovely ladies at the Assessor's office and the DMV was fantastic. Extremely patient with my 83 year old mother and very efficient with our time. Something you don't get in the larger cities where I've lived. Thank you so much for your extra efforts.

I haven't filed a lot of documents with the courthouse, and with the chaos of covid-19 I was inquiring about the protocol for getting documents to the courthouse. The individuals I spoke to in Court Records were very condescending and made me feel stupid. After talking on the phone with them and visiting the courthouse, I walked away with nothing accomplished and teary-eyed because they made me feel so incompetent. Maybe try treating people like people when they come genuinely needing help.

I had no idea what I needed to do to fix some legal items. My son was only in town for a day and we had to go to the Assessor to figure it all out. The gals that helped us were so nice and helped me get everything straight. I can't thank you enough. You deserve more appreciation for the work you do!

I recently visited the courthouse and I felt very bad for the clerks.

The clerks work behind safety glass so to speak with speaker holes in the glass, This Is Not Unusual at all.

The reason I feel bad for them is they had to wear those silly masks of obedience even though a glass barrier exists between them and their customers.

This covid-19 situation has got completely out of hand and it will certainly be nice when Common Sense comes back into place.

In the meantime I can only hope the air filters in the courthouse HVAC systems are cleaned on a regular basis.

As for the unfortunate clerks behind the glass they're not only breathing their own unrefreshed covid-19 air, they are trapped in a system of nonsense.

Don't even try to call this place to gain direction. They will tell you, rudely, "That information (I think) is on the website." And hang up on you. No matter how long you were on hold... just go in. Even then though, they're very unkind and unhelpful.
