Neil is the very friendly owner of this nice place to get copies made and ship packages. His service is excellent mixed with a nice bearded smile, a funny quip and a fresh “what can i do for you?” I read a negative review that obviously was written by some nut that seriously lives in his own fantasy world of make believe. Neil is as honest as his beard is long and luxurious!

Use this man if you want your items stolen! We to return a computer for repair. We placed the computer in the box, including an extra copy of the shipping label, taped up the box putting a second shipping label on the outside of the box. Drove to this man’s UPS / FedEx store and walked in the front door. Seeing that he was with another customer, I patiently waited just inside the door. Within a minute, he gestured to me and told me to just leave the box there and he would make sure it shipped out that afternoon. Not feeling comfortable with leaving a computer just inside the front door, I walked it up to him and placed it to the right of his desk, thanked him, and left.
Two weeks later we realized our packag was never received at the computer repair store. We were able to backtrack and learn the package never left his shipping store.
When we first approached him, he denied me ever walking into his store, then a couple days later changed his story to say it was the delivery drivers fault - he lost it.
The delivery service has no record of their driver ever signing for the package.
We are out a computer, and all this guy can do is make up stories and shrug his shoulders. He refuses to take any responsibility. He is a thief and a liar, do not trust him.

I dropped off 2 packages with two prepaid shipping labels. Only one shipping label was used by this company. So now I'm out $200 because as they shipped both items to one place. Also. Phone number never works. All I get is the scream of a fax machine.
Update: 10 am on a Wednesday and still closed.

This is not a good company. I shipped an item with them they did not use my return address. So my package shipped back to them where it sat for 5 before I called the company I shipped it to and they said it had arrived 5 days prior. Then I go into get my box and the guy is an a$$H*&e and says he should have charged me for it. I will not set foot back into this place till it changes owners and I am sure it will with customer service like this !

Not sure if this place is still in business! My husband just stopped by twice today, 10/29/2018 during their supposed business hours but the door was locked and the lights were out. I tried to call them several times today too, but all I get is the screaming FAX machine! Now I have to drive all the way down to Sandpoint to get my package to UPS!

Nobody was there when posted hours says open very frustrating has happened numerous times hsd had others say the same thing not professional save yourself the time and frustration and just go to the UPS store in sandpoint there very helpful !

I stopped by to drop off a package at 16:00 (4pm) 2/25/2020 and found it closed. W I tried to call the number on the window and their website goes to a fax machine. This was not the kind of customer service I was expecting. I drove in from Naples Idaho to have something sent only to find they decided to close,with but the hours of operation showing 5:00 p.m. on the window 5:30 p.m. on their website.
