I’ve had the privilege of getting multiple tattoos from Randolph, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his skill and artistry. He pours so much passion and dedication into every piece he creates, and you can truly see it in his work. The tattoos I’ve gotten from him are deeply meaningful, including three for addiction recovery and a note from my late father that he wrote to me when I was in high school. Randolph has earned my complete trust, and he consistently delivers unique, stunning pieces. His line work is precise and clean, while the shading and colors are absolutely beautiful.

Randolph is also incredibly professional—he maintains a spotless, safe, and clean space. He’s kind, respectful, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire session. The entire team at the shop is equally amazing; everyone is welcoming, friendly, and great to be around. Meg, the piercer, is an absolute gem—she’s not only a nurse, but also super knowledgeable and talented.

One of the most important things to me is the atmosphere, and this shop has it all. Every time I walk through the door, I feel right at home. If you’re looking for an exceptional tattoo experience, this place is it.

This place is amazing. My daughter has had two piercings done by Meg. She explains every step. Shows you that she has washed her hands, put on gloves. She shows the instruments are sterile and she is opening them up.

She is so cute and calm. She tells you before she does anything and she guarantees her work. If you have problems she wants you to contact her so she can fix it or tell you how to change your care. Meg is also an RN so that makes me feel better.

Prices are fair and you can book online. I would not have my daughter go anywhere else.

Best shop I’ve ever been in. Key elements that make this shop the best are cleanliness, open space, great art and decor, top tier customer service, plenty of space for each artist’s area made for a comfortable experience for everyone. Total time in the shop was about 9 hours with 7.5 in the chair. Randolph Torres absolutely crushed this piece. He did all of the design and artwork with just a small original idea from me. Randolph kept me comfortable for the whole session, super important for these all day appts, and he is honestly just a great guy with outstanding music taste.

I HIGHLY recommend not only Bad Medicine as a shop but Randolph as an artist. I will most likely be getting ink from him exclusively moving forward. I love his style and artwork and his hand is incredible compared to other artists I’ve had. I caught a look at some of the other artists pieces at the shop and they are the bomb as well, you can’t walk out of this shop with a bad tattoo. Fair warning, if you’re looking for badass, you’ve come to the right place.
