I’ve been a customer with them for five years… As a single mother, I solely provide for my children. I have fallen behind multiple times. I have always paid all late fees.
Don’t leave these are charged four times a month ranging anywhere from $10-$50 a late fee as the rent is only $50 a month.
This time I paid them in full only to have to remove my stuff in two days time or they will throw it away!
I paid them in full. They unlocked my access gate code when I got to my storage unit they still have their lock on it hindering me from getting my stuff out. I cannot get a hold of them to remove their lock to get my belongings!
The lady in the office has always been very kind to me very understanding and has always worked with me.. After all, I end up paying double the amount of the rent they are making lots of money off of me, but now want me out, but their lock remains on my unit! I understand it is not the ladies fault in the office, but the upper hand!
I guess the lawsuit will be in placed!

Absolute worst moving company I have ever known. Did a military move with them they damaged many items of mine, dropped my coffee table in front of me. Sat and smoked a cigarette on my office chair without asking to use it. Told us that we shouldn't put a claim in for any of our stuff because our stuff isn't valuable enough and they are supposedly the best moving company in the world. I would never recommend them ever they were rude. Find someone else or do it yourself would be way better.

Bob and his team were absolutely amazing! We are a military family moving overseas and have never had a company take the care and time that Bob's team took. Not only that, they communicated and explained everything well and every single packer was thorough. We trusted each packer and were incredibly thankful for such a wonderful group of men to handle our belongings. Thank you so much Bob and team! You guys were amazing and the best!

One or the most cleanest and organized warehouse I ever delivered in my almost 20 years of being in the moving industry. If I'm not mistaken but the Warehouse Manager name was Rick..been with that company since 1981...I wanna thank him for being so polite helpful and patient we loaded 2 shipment that day for the warehouse and we waited patiently pass 5pm until we finished. THANK YOU RICK YOU ARE THE MAN

We had a good experience with them as our packers for our move last spring. Everything was packed well and they used so much paper. We had a few items break but I don't know how it could have happened. Like the handle broke off of a cast iron pan yet everything else in the box was totally fine. Everyone who packed our house was personable and the older gentleman who seemed to be running things was terrific. There was one girl who seemed very new to the job who struggled a bit with the packing, but it was packed well enough that nothing was broken. We haven't fully unpacked all of the boxes, but so far so good. The company that did the actual move was just ok. We had a few pieces of furniture that broke on the way.

I did a military move with this company. Upon arriving at my next base and receiving my household goods things were packed poorly and things were absolutely labeled wrong. My kitchen items were in my master bedroom boxes and several other items were mixed up as well. Highly don't recommend.

I was referred to this business. After double-checking their online reviews and the BBB rating, we scheduled our services with them. Penny was friendly and helpful on the telephone and I immediately got a good feeling about the quality of work that we would receive. All of our teams arrived on time over three days and worked steadily to pack and load all of our belongings. If you are looking for a quality professional moving and storage in the Boise area, look no further than B-Transfer!

Can't express in words enough on a great job B-Transfer does. I hired their crew to come move me out as I sold my home. They showed up on time at address given and were very happy came up introduced themselves shook my hand and proceeded to start there job . I spoke with Kevin in the crew and asked him if I needed to stick around .He replied no sir we will get this done with care and be done in a few hours. I left and called there office a few hours later and the receptionist and she knew exactly who I was and told me there crew was finishing up now, I went home expected to see a mess only to find a clean home. Couldn't even tell they had been there. Very impressed at how professional they were and I intend to use them again when I purchase my new home . Great job !!!!!!!!!
