Everyone is always friendly & helpful. Easy pickup of items that were ordered online. Easy automatic renewals. Easy to order items from other library systems. Great place ! I can't speak to online access to newspapers, magazines, research sources or to downloads of books, audiobooks, etc.
During the summer on weekends, Aurora Municipal center sometimes rents out the parking lot for various festivals. Can make parking unpleasant. But that's not the fault of the library.

The library is decent. It really hasn't been updated at all in the last 24 years. Additionally, the have less books available now than they did back then. Everything is on hoopla, which is extraordinarily limited. They minimized borrows to 6 per month, if you can ever check anything out. Hoopla says they reached their daily limit prior to 9am, every single day. If limiting access to knowledge was the goal, mission accomplished.

This library is great. They have so many activities for all ages. Story time is great and so much fun. Reading Buddies for kids k-5 has also been a fun way to promote reading for my kindergartener. In the kid area they also have computers with fun activities.

Nice library with very helpful staff. Lots of computer for kids teens and adults. Nice large space to sit and work or read with nice bright windows. Downstairs has lots of space and upstairs has multiple rooms for meetings, story time, etc...

I love this library. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has large space downstairs for events that they host and I didn’t have a problem booking a study room when needed. I love that they have small DYI programs like Go & Grab for seed planting which is thoughtful.

Great library. The children's area is nice. I don't understand why they open up at 8 but don't have staff until 9. Makes no sense to me.

I recently visited Aurora Public Library, hoping for a quiet place to study and read. Unfortunately, the employees were constantly talking and giggling, which made it difficult to concentrate. A library should be a place of peace and quiet, and this one did not meet those expectations. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the overall experience for visitors seeking a quiet environment.
