I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company! Not only are their products amazing, but so is their customer service! I recently had a freak out moment while I was preparing for an event. I left them a message on their website, they called me, and we got it figured out within the hour. That was very different than the experiences I have had with other companies!

Well I received my phone but it has some issues. I emailed the company and they said they were going to replace it. I was happy with the response. My event is in a few weeks and I have emailed to see when it will ship, status, something but nothing yet.
3/1/24 Update. I got the new phone today so i had to change my review to 5 stars. Maybe next time they will let me know its on its way. Charging it as we speak to make sure all is in working condition. Thanks Issac Coronado.

Edit: Finally got in touch with them. They were having issues shipping to Canada. Even though they did not relay that information immediately, I have been assured that I will receive a refund

I'm very disappointed. I placed an order and 2 days later received an e-mail saying that my order was cancelled with no other information or a refund. I emailed back immediately to ask for clarification and never received a response. I also left a voicemail and have still not received anything.
