My family and I were evacuating from the hurricane. We have family members that went to Auburn as well as relatives who lived here. In all of my travels around the world, I’ve never met such humble, kind people. My nephew is obsessed with bookstores, and as we walked up, the doors were locked because the store was about to close. A gentleman, opened the door for us, and allowed us time to shop. So kind!!! Then, Mr. Weldon told us he was thinking of us during this tough time and gave us some goodies. Truly a good human, along with his staff. The store is clean, organized, has helpful staff and great selections. We were brought to tears with the kindness this staff and Mr. Weldon brought. Going back home to possibly no home, and being shown kindness surrounded by faith and prayer at the Auburn bookstore and city in general, was touching. My family is already planning a trip back. The bookstore was the highlight of it all and we are thankful for your wonderful staff and their kind hearts. Your positivity and caring for others, doesn’t go unnoticed. Mr. Weldon especially is good at what he does and truly is a special individual. All I can say is, THANK YOU! God Bless you all.

This was a great purchase experience. My shirts were shipped quickly, and came wrapped up in tissue with an Auburn branded sticker. Very nice touch. But the cherry on the top was the hand written thank you note. Subtle but extremely heartwarming. These small details will make me purchase from them time and time again. WDE!!!! Great job guys!

Nice bookstore that is very convenient to students on campus, especially in Haley Center. Convenience comes with a price, though, and their offerings tend to be more expensive than other book stores further from campus. They have a very large assortment of t-shirts and merchandise, but not a large assortment of larger sizes like 3X. We could've spent a lot of money there, if they had bigger sizes.

I cannot day enough good things about Tom and his team!! They have helped with malware and hardware issues multiple times with my Mac and are always so kind, responsive, and helpful!! Fixed my crashed computer in 15 minutes, and talked to me the entire time about my major, even remembering my name the next week. A wonderful team dedicated to helping students and professors on our campus. Thanks Tom!

It’s funny when every time they say “ we help the students to achieve their goals” meanwhile they are ripping off students’ money. They are charged for a book that I already have, they told we bought but if the website refunded us, we will drop the charges! However, i talked to the website that the bookstore claimed they paid to, they send me all the info that proof bookstore didn’t pay anything. They keeping tell something different. Last week, one of them told we didn’t pay yet but in the process. Today, I’ve been told we paid. The lady she work they is very disrespectful with students. I don’t know why Auburn University hired people cannot deal with students. Stay away from them if you want to save some money. I still have the info.

I have gone to the bookstore so many times with issues regarding my Macbook and they have always fixed it, usually in less than 10 minutes. Some of the nicest and most helpful people you’ll meet.

It says that they provide the books cheaper and force you to have the book through emails. And if you said I don’t want the book and didn’t know about it and didn’t even open it they will tell you you must pay or you get hold. What funnier the didn’t discuss my hold they tell me pay for the book you didn’t use to remove the hold and you will be refunded! After paying they said we cannot refund. 90$ I paid for nothing !!!

My daughter bought a Mac Book Pro from the Bookstore and we got the warranty with the computer. After her first semester, the computer had a known problem with a wire inside not making contact, thus the keyboard and mouse would not work upon booting. The staff at the bookstore were consulted about repairs under warranty. They informed my daughter they could not get to her computer due to being so far behind. She was told to take it somewhere else. We specifically bought it from the bookstore for the convenience of on campus service. Now we are not getting our service promised at time of sale. Buyer Beware of this situation. Dont fall for the "wait and buy it on campus" flyers.
