UPDATE 7/10/18
I have updated this review to 5 Star because I was able to reach out to “Stephanie” at the magazine. Stephanie forwarded my concern to the magazine subscription manager “Debbie” who I have been told will look into what happened and made it right.
These people were kind and professional all the while concerned enough to check into the matter to resolve the possibility of future issues.
I appreciate the time and care they have taken with this matter and will continue to subscribe to this magazine indefinitely.

I have subscribed to this magazine for years. In fact, I subscribe to this one and NOT to the similarly name magazine in my HOME STATE! However, lately, my service has been extremely splotchy. I stopped receiving issues after August 2017. Then they resumed in March 2018. BUT they come randomly.
For example, JUST the other day I received June 2018 , but I already had already received July 2018. Today, I received May 2018. I was like, OKAY, maybe they are playing catch up (for all of the previously missed issues) & have discovered this & are sending them now. But I noticed the address label had some USPS corrections. I discovered that my address had been changed from my city to NASHVILLE. I only noticed because USPS made an attempt to deliver Nashville, and then crossed out that city & zip code & sent it to me. For the record, my name was changed at some point & my for a while now, my subscription has 2 names on it the label. I find ALL of this to be weird. I have NO idea what is going on. I missed 5 months and feel at a loss.
Like, what happened?! I want my back issues. I am shocked and I have a copy of the magazine address label(s) to prove this.
THEN, in todays mail, as well, they hit me with a renewal notice. Really, At Home in Arkansas PLEASE fix this...I love the fall issues. ESPECIALLY CHRISTMAS.
