solid mountain bikes held up great for trails and the bike park. be sure to check everything is working before riding off, one bikes dropper post was having some issues and the bikes were a little beat up, but suspension was well tuned and everything was safe and rode fine. good customer service and nice employees helped me adjust the suspension to my weight. only thing is i wish the mountain bikes were tubeless so you could run lower pressure.

Rented an e-bike from this place because I don’t have one (yet) and it was a fantastic experience. First of all, the bike was a Specialized, so of course it’s gonna be awesome. Just took it out for a leisurely stroll along the Rio Grande towards Woody Creek and loved every second of it. It was a pretty good deal and they let me lock up the bike after hours since they close at 5. 10/10 experience from a locals perspective, and also, I’ve heard this is one of the best spots to rent e-bikes in the valley in general.

This was a game-changer for our family! My 12-year-old son and I rented Sno-Go bikes, and we couldn't have been happier. Last year, we spent two frustrating days trying to snowboard and barely made it off the bunny hill—a total waste of time and money for a family that only gets to visit ski resorts once a year.

This year, we decided to try Sno-Go bikes, and the experience was incredible. By the end of our first day, we were confidently cruising down Snowmass green trails. We spent three amazing days enjoying the slopes instead of struggling to learn. The staff at Aspen Bikes were super helpful and made the whole rental process smooth and easy.

If you’re looking for a fun, approachable alternative to traditional skiing or snowboarding, don’t waste your time—go with Sno-Go bikes. Highly recommended for anyone who values making the most of their time on the mountain!

We rented e-bikes from Aspen Bikes and had a mostly positive experience. The e-bikes were great, and the staff inside the shop was helpful in getting us set up and ready to go.

However, the kids working outside left a sour impression. They were talking negatively about people “invading their city,” referring to them as the "Houston Mafia" and expressing their disdain for Texans. While this might just be the attitude of a stuck-up kid, it does reflect poorly on the shop.

Overall, the quality of the e-bikes and the helpfulness of the main staff were commendable, but the unprofessional behavior of some of the employees detracts from the experience.

On March we spent 3 weeks in Aspen/Snowmass. My sons and I rented and bought skis there. The advice was spectacular. Paul was very kind and Blake was a great advisor. Prices are very good and the staff has a lot of patience. . The try before you buy offer is great. They have demos in perfect conditions. We will definitely go back!

Very helpful and friendly. We rented 3 paddle boards. They did all the work getting the boards on and off our SUV.

My friend and I rented an electric bike to use for a few hours. They were just what we wanted and expected. We road to Woody Creek Tavern and had a great lunch and then returned to Aspen. We didn’t use the electric part of the bike very often. We only used it to go up the steep hill near Woody Creek that heads back to the trail and a few other times. It was well worth it and a wonderful ride.
