Needed a storage unit on short notice to store materials for a home remodel and was glad to find Armadillo. Easy to rent online, friendly customer service, and really clean facility. There was even a lock in the unit waiting for me. First class all around!

My husband and I purchased storage units from these guys in an auction via an online website. There was at least one item missing from one of the units and both had been obviously tampered with. When trying to resolve the issue with the company I was told that they are professional and that does not happen. They refused to provide a partial refund or offer any other resolution. We chalked this up to lesson learned and decided to avoid buying units from this facility in the future. After my husband left a Google review regarding our experience with them, they called me to tell me that we were lying and making things up and "just after money." The woman even told me that we must be first time storage auction buyers and we thought we would lose money on these units, hence the reason we were complaining. Very unprofessional. When your reaction to being told that there is a potential problem with your business is to call the customers liars and question their integrity that reveals a serious lack of character.

Nice to use a storage facility that is up to date with online rentals. Did the entire rental process online. Had a question and they replied by txt quickly. All codes to the gate and my unit were emailed to me and once in the unit they had a lock waiting for my use. Riding through all 48 states on a motorcycle and putting them in storage every couple of states, then flying back out and continuing the ride.
