Ark Tactical

I had a really great time coming to Ark the other day to purchase my first firearm. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was intimidated at first to come in, but they really helped me with my indecision and led me to exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been around a few gun stores before with family and friends, and this one by far had the best atmosphere and the friendliest staff. I will be coming here for all my future business and I’m so glad I came across them!

I had an exceptional experience during the entire process of my purchase from Ark Tactical. All staff members that I interacted with were patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable bringing real world experiences into their workplace. I highly recommend giving them serious consideration when purchasing any items relating the industry.

What is there to say about Ark other than phenomenal. Inventory? They have it. Knowledgeably staff? Check. If they don’t have it, they will do what they can to get it. Recently became a Staccato dealer. I had been looking online to order but held off due to the time frame for fulfillment. Decided to ask the question on what they had what I was looking for coming in their order. They did not, but immediately jumped on the phone to see if they could add it. Didn’t have to go to those lengths, but they did. Lucky for me, they were able to add it. For that, I am thankful to the team at Ark. Each and every person I have spoken to has ben nothing but friendly and helpful. My first trip in, I had been combing through the internet to find the correct footprint for an optic I had but wasn’t using. They jumped online, looked it up and found me the correct mounting footprint. Again, great full. If you are a new or seasoned hobbyist, Ark should be one of your first stops.

Ark Tactical remains my "go-to" gun shop. I have been a customer there for 10 years, and I appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the guys working there. I prefer to spend my hard-earned $ at a locally-owned small business dedicated to helping customers purchase firearms in this increasingly anti-2A environment. The guys working the shop floor--Anthony, Alex, Dom, and Andrew--are knowledgeable, professional, and always friendly. They are all great guys! I walk in, they greet me, and they sell me exactly what I want (or they will order it). No pressure. No marketing gimmicks. You want a positive gun-buying experience? Go to Ark Tactical. Support a local small business!

The knowledgeable staff was very helpful and easy to work with during my online purchase and FFL transfer of my firearm. They have definitely gained a returning customer!
