Ex Employee as of today, worked there for almost 4 months. I quit after the owners stiffed me out of almost $200 right before the holiday season.

To add on top of that, the places plumbing is too old so the toilets back up constantly, and employees are told to only wash comforters and underblankets if they have a harsh smell or visible stains, which only ends up being once every couple months typically. The laundry room has exposed wires and my boss was even concerned at one point it could cause a fire. I'm an Arco local and can speak from experience if you want a good motel try the DK off the main highway.

Only redeeming quality was my boss Peggi, super nice, personable, and understanding.

A no frills motel that afforded a great night’s sleep.
Super comfy bed, great shower pressure with plenty of hot water.
Easy drive to Craters of the Moon.
Disappointed there was no coffee in the morning. (Yes, coffee is important to me- found some at the gas station)

This motel was one of the typical American motels that we booked for on the road. We wanted to try it for once, and this was our choice. Arco Inn Motel is a nice motel, with friendly people working here. We came later, and they put the key with a note in the mailbox for us. We were happy with this, so we could check in when we wanted to. The owner let us know via Booking.com direct message. ||The beds were very comfortable. We couldn't get the shower to work, but after all we found out (via another hotel) that it was our 'mistake' instead of the motel's mistake, so the shower would work perfectly! Also, parking is very easy. The hotel looks a bit older, but I love that to be honest. Comfort was way above expectations. ||I would recommend this motel to everyone who passes Arco. Prices are reasonable and comfort is perfect.

We came to watch the borealis and boy. Did we get a great show?| I want to give a shout out to Peggy the manager of this lovely Motel.she was so accommodating and so awesome and full of knowledge.| What a wonderful stay. Our room was Comfortable accommodating.

Got the last room of the night. Yes we checked in close to 1am, we blew a tire on the 93, the lady at the desk was nice, but very sharp and grumpy. Again, sorry for waking you up.

If you're looking for a chain hotel look elsewhere. This is a small motel about 20 miles from Craters of the Moon National Park. It's an older motel and the rooms are older as well.

If you temper your expectations it's a perfectly fine place to stay. The room was cleaned and well-stocked and we had no issues staying. If I come back to Craters of the Moon national park again I will stay in this motel again as well.

Look, it’s not ritzy. As other reviews have said, the rooms are very basic and old and our curtains didn’t quite work properly. But as tiny-town motels go, it’s clean and comfortable, and the owner is VERY nice. She recommended the Golden West Cafe for dinner, which I now second as a recommendation. You also can’t beat the price. If you’re going to Craters of the Moon and not camping, consider supporting the local economy and staying here.

The room was clean and quiet. I called two hours prior to our arrival to book and specifically asked about the WIFI and was told it worked great. When I arrived I was told we have no WIFI and it has been down for two days. We were lied too. If you want to watch TV you won't be able to, no channels to watch and if you do find something to watch it will keep giving errors and won't let you watch it. I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate. Even the locals say this place is the worst.
