Used to come in pretty frequently and find some decent clothing, pet supplies, heck sometimes even shoes etc for a thrift shoppers already tight budget... Went in a couple weeks ago and everything seems extremely overpriced. Definitely has deterred me from my regular visits

Everything at the arc is priced almost full retail. Most of it is broken, missing pieces, or in almost falling apart condition, it's rare to find something that's worth the prices they're charging.
Employees are a 50/50, it depends who's working. You can tell the management is a problem since the employees seem a lot more friendly and at ease when at least the lady manager (probably?) isn't wandering around. When there's management the employees are really short and curt, you can tell they don't want to be there, which makes customers not want to be there. A personable manager and a realization that their prices are absurd would go a long way in this place. At least it's been cleaner lately

Took my pictures and glass pieces for a table + table. They took my pictures and glass pieces and said to bring the rest back on a weekday when the accept furniture. Come back on a weekday and wont take my tables because glass pieces or missing 'probably broken by now' they said.... Now I have to take beautiful cast iron tables to the dump... Trashy place with rude employees IMO. Go to loveland or fort collins and dont waste your time here.

I would give -1 stars if I could ...
The arc in Greeley is a freaking joke..
Their prices are way too high for the products they offer.

There products are older then god, broken, ripped, stained, missing pieces etc. and they want almost the price when they were new.

For example they have ungodly high prices on homemade custom shirts, company shirts that were free to the former owner, along with literally everything else in the store.

How are they able to get away with this crap...
I thought they were all about helping the less fortunate Not robbing them.. .
Especially in today's inflated economy.

ps: Their employees are rude as hell and treat you like your a burden

I gotta say this is absolutely the worst thrift store I’ve ever wasted time in! It’s not the cleanliness or staff there great and the organization of the store is fine easy to know where to go. The problem is they don’t have good stuff it’s like the bottom of the barrel when it comes to everything there, clothes are like grandpas worst apparel the stuff he won’t mow the lawn in! Like not a single article is worth the buy! And that’s the other thing they price there stuff like they want to hold onto it for life! The pricing is so expensive it’s literally almost retail for the free things they get from the community the turn around and shake down the community like it’s comical how far off they are with valuing there stuff. Everything is marked like 600% higher than its value! it’s almost like it’s priced to only sell on the day it’s 50%off because that’s the only time it’s anywhere close to the actual value!! Like they have a section dedicated to cords(hdmi $6.99-$10.99, freaking a thousand coaxial cables they have all marked $3.99 or more? It’s insane how they believe that many people let alone one person would pay matter than 50 cents and not one is marked under 3.99$ its like do the community a favor with all the free things you received and sell a dam coaxial cable for 30cents to 50 cents that’s fair plus it’s ridiculous to buy beat up wranglers wore by somebody else with holes in em for 9.99$ or 12.99$ you can go to Walmart and buy brand new ones for a couple dollars more! How can you not just mark the whole store down like 70% and clear out all the ugly men shirts you’ve been holding onto for a decade rap! The manager needs to lower price there so they can sell something if not the stores is anything but a non profit!

I mostly buy used physical media from here and I do often find good deals. However the pricing has been laughable of late and makes no sense compared to actual value. They had a used DVD copy of Lord of the Rings the Two Towers for $14.99, very common used TV seasons between $9.99-$19.99, which were triple what eBay actual sales are showing. If they are going to charge premium used prices (the normal $3.99 per title is very high compared to other thifts/pawn shops) they should at least check to see the condition of the disc. Or at least if the title is right or if the disc is even in the case at all. Countless times I find scratched beyond repair discs or missing discs. Today I found a pornographic film in a case, that'll be fun when an unsuspecting parent comes back across it. I thought about bringing it to the counter but the one time I brought up empty cases in the past I found them back on the shelf my next visit.

Also they ruin items with the price tags. Placing tags directly on the grooves of records.

Don’t even waste your time. Everything is filthy and broken and WAY overpriced. I have spent over $500 here the past month and they won’t even help me package my items up nice. The workers who work check out are rude. I bought a lot of glasses like 10 matching ones. I asked if they could do a set price and they said NOPE. Which fine okay, but the price was already too high. Sometimes I look on Google lense and they are selling things for the price if not more than Etsy sellers. I went to goodwill yesterday and bought pretty much the exact same amount of stuff as I have at arc the past month except only paid $100! They wrapped everything super nice and weren’t rude about it either. They also love to tape over labels so it ruins them, or tape over cracks so you can’t tell. I bought a teacup way overpriced but it was a good brand and when I got home since they taped it together the inside was soooo chipped and cracked. I bought a trinket box and it was taped so I didn’t know it was completely broken. I bought what I thought was a collectible bank for $20 and they had the sticker over where it said “reproduction” so got screwed there. And if they have a color, you won’t find any item with that color sticker that day. Go to the Brighton arc or down the street to goodwill. Both are SO much better!!!! I’m disgusted I’ve wasted so much money here and continue to be treated awful and have things breaking. The pricing is outrageous, I don’t know how they make sales because the same stuff continues to be there for WEEKS. Since I’ve been there so much I’ve heard other people be blown away by the pricing too and watched them walk out. Gross business practice for a thrift store. Goodwill can take my money from now on

Manager was rude and gave me an attitude because she announced the fitting rooms were now closed as I was still in the fitting room and i opened tolh door to ask my partner if i should buy the one thing i had left and she came over to me and lectured me on how the fitting rooms should have been locked at 4:30 (it was like 4:35) and i said im sorry i understand i just have this one thing i wanted to get an opinion on and she rolled her eyes and said ok and stormed off all angry. Super unprofessional. She then shut the lights off to the store 20 minutes before closing to get everyone to leave.
