Was profiled and followed as if I were a thief that would stoop low enough to steal from a thrift store. Managers and security act like it's Germany in 1936 if you aren't white. Better skip and head to New Horizons who are Christian and less judgemental and power hungry

Some prices are crazy high, used tank top for $7.99 ( new at big box for $5). Purchasing 3 used, child purses, all were $1.99. One didn't have a tag, clerk wanted $3 for it. It was dirty. I asked why? She said "because of (pause)design". It wasn't fancy or design label. Ugh

The woman in charge of hiring. If you leave a message about getting your hours and what date to start after being hired. She never calls you back. She's always in a meeting, every hr and every day. Don't bother trying to get a job there!

Love this place!
The first time I went in, the staff was very helpful and catered to what I needed. I go often to see the new things they put out every day. Their clothes selection is huge!
I like the range of houseware.
I left with some vogue patterns and some vintage toys.
Awesome place to find vintage and modern goodies!

The cashiers are great at doing their jobs. Although it always smells like mold That could be because there are many different clothing item and some may not be washed. If you get anything here make sure to wash it beforehand

I love the Arc! The cashiers are friendly. The store has so many good deals and helps disabled people a lot more than you think. They are involved in lots of events and provide employment for them. They have them help volunteer with the store to help out and I see how The Arc treats them, with lots of love and respect and attentiveness. I’m impressed. I believe it’s true when I hear the announcement of the owner having a disabled son that he is very proud of and made it a mission to help those in need and to help the environment. I love it there! It is a lot more cheaper to me than other thrift stores especially when they have their 50% off on Saturdays and deals all through the week. Sadly, I’ve seen other places that started with good intentions and now are becoming to corporate to me even if they tend to keep their stores cleaner. They seem to have forgotten what they started. I can’t speak speak for all stores that’s just my opinion. I sometimes get annoyed how customers seem to not respect thrift stores. Just because they are mostly donated clothes doesn’t mean they should be treated any less. We should be grateful considering there are so many stores that are overpriced! It seems a constant battle employees face when contending on recovering the store. Goodwill to all men and women alike am I right?
