I've returned to arc after a 10+ year absence and I'm loving the ease of ordering my books and having them waiting for me to just pick up straight from eservices. It was super easy and I didn't have to search for the right text books or stand in line forever. The whole process only took a few minutes online checking out and once I received my email they were ready I picked them up in less than 2 minutes.

They have very nice staff, but the only worst thing is that they can't make your order ready in even 2 week.
Until we receive our books, the lectures get up to 3rd unit

Very bad experience picking up my books here. A very long wait and one of my books was not there that I had an email telling me that it had arrived.

Also a poor woman in line behind me was standing in line for 45 minutes and was disabled so she wasn’t supposed to be standing this long.

They definitely need to be more organized for the students and should have seating for disabled students.
