Stay somewhere else in River Run. We've stayed at pretty much every property in the village, and this was by far the worst. Location and service are always great in the village with Keystone staff, so you get that anywhere. But our room:
- had base board heaters which hadn't been cleaned in forever and so whined noisily all night, disrupting everyone's sleep. Meantime, even with the heat cranked they did not put out anywhere near the desired 70 degrees so it was chilly.
- this is the only building we've stayed in without building-wide wifi. Seems to be room-by-room, and our room's was broken. I saw other networks with pay to play. Who charges for wifi nowadays? We missed the hockey game we'd been looking forward to as a result.
- building has access to two sets of hot tubs. The building-specific hot tub was broken and the gate access to the second set didn't function so maintenance had to come let us in. As always fantastic service there, the guy was awesome, but unacceptable that both hot tubs were broken in different ways. From other reviews, the one was also broken all of last season... Looks like they just didn't bother fixing it
- the pool, once we got in, was filthy
- lamest lobby/common area of all the buildings. Just a foosball table and couch in a small, cold entryway with an overwhelmingly potent air scent dispenser
- all three clocks in the room were wrong to a different time, which was sort of impressive
- sofa bed was tremendously uncomfortable even on the normal scale of uncomfortable sofa beds. Same brand as many of the other properties, we think, but so abused that it didn't really unfold right. Again, points to the poor maintenance of this building.
Altogether, you can get the same benefits with better maintenance and amenities in other River Run properties.

Good location right in River Run. Room was just ok. Issues noticed were, bulbs burnt out hadn't been changed. The kitchen was good. The TV system is a little silly, as you have to use two remotes just to get it working. Same in the bedroom. Very awkward. Pull-out couch was very sad. Couldn't use it because the mattress was shot. More comfortable sleeping on the couch itself, but not much. The bathroom sink faucet, hot and cold water, was backwards, right for hot, left for cold. There are just lots of little things that make a difference to the guest. I also saw online that the condo, room 8114, is for sale. Overall, it got us through! Love Keystone!

Location is great, but like another person said the hot tub is down for the entire season and they don't tell you until you get there. We checked in early, paid the deposit and spent the day skiing after they said they would call us when it's ready. 4pm rolls around and we never received a call. We called them and it still wasnt ready. We had to drive 20 minutes through ski traffic back to the condo registration, wait in line for another 20, and when we got to the front the room was "ready". We ended up finding cheerios is one of the beds and a summit pass belonging to someone's kid

Hotel itself was fine. Customer service gets a 1/5. Booked our stay, THEN received word that the hot tub was down. Arapahoe Lodge provided no refund for the inconvenience. Will not be staying here again.

The location of the Arapahoe lodge is great, but that is where the magic ends. Our room was gross! The walls had caked on dust and so did the fans. The walls were so gross we had to wash them before we could relax. Isnโ€™t that how every great vacation should start? The walls were textured and the dust built up over time. The fans were disgusting. We dared not look behind the couch. Our unit needed a deep clean. The windows did not close all the way and the unit was cold at night. Also from a safety perspective a hotel employee walked in our unit while we were there without knocking and said they were there to fix something, we made no request for repairs. I emailed vail resorts twice times with pictures and descriptions of the problems and eventually only received a canned response. This was our typical ski destination, but after the condition of the room and lack of caring after the fact we will not return or recommendโ€ฆ

Beautiful place, amazing condos, market Plaza right nearby with restaurants and shops. But, when I called for info on activities, they were pretty rude to me and did not give clear info. And when I checked in, I was also treated rudely. However staff in the conference center and working the gondola have been super friendly and helpful. One downside to this whole resort tho is it's like a confusing maze to find your way around, and it seems fairly far / complicated to get into town and get to a gas station or something.

Great experience ! The pool is great the hot tubs are exceptional. Several bars and restaurants as well as shopping within walking distance. There is indoor heated parking. The gondola is worth the ride. Really it is an above average resort . Seems as if Tuesday nights are the quietest nights.

Nice lodge. Comfortable sized condo for a party of 3 adults and 2 kids. 2 big TVs, wi-fi, and a small kitchen. Parking was in a secure garage too! The beds were a little uncomfortable, but I realize we get used to our own beds at home. The pool and hot tub area was great after a long day of skiing. Definitely a nice perk to wind down and rejuvenate those aching muscles.
