Overall impressed. Ordered cheaper set of glasses for work they work as expected, also did a set of personal outdoor glasses that have a reflective tinted finish sapphire and Rose gold. The prescriptions came out flawless in style and sight. I get good amount of compliments once people ask me if they are prescribed. By far my favorite shades. My dog chewed a pair up. I called in and ITZA was able to place an order without me coming in. She pretty much has helped me each time and well she’s a gem let’s say sapphire. Thank you for the follow up and great service. Americas best and the customer service of ITZA I’ll be back.

They don’t do the meta frames but that’s okay I’ll find a way to do these somewhere when I get around to it.

I had to warranty out my glasses from damage. And I would called and they let me know that I was under warranty and they ordered me a new pair I came in Megan helped me with so helpful. Help me pick out another pair of glasses. Very friendly. Highly recommend going to this America's best. I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of me megan again fantastic service

Got a same day appt, doc saw me on time, everything was explained clearly about my eye health and options for contacts/lenses. Isabel then helped me upfront with finding a new pair of eyes, and style! I almost waited for a friend to help but she was amazing, I've never received service like that at an eye place 🙂 I'm actually getting compliments for the first time ever! My glasses came in a week earlier than expected, and contacts also a few days early. Very happy customer!

Just got my eyes checked for glasses and had Nicole help me with finding my frames and finishing up my purchase. She was so patient and compassionate even when my prescription was giving her problems. (My eyes are pretty bad and require a lot of work). Alot of people would have become frustrated but she was so patient and made me feel very comfortable. I gave her 5 stars but she deserves 10!!

Went to pick up my glasses and they had a wrong prescription they sent in for new lenses expedite 3 days. Now 7 days now 9 to sometime next week. I paid cash of 600. I asked for the manager to call last fri. No call. If I could give less than a zero I would. Staff is rude and don't care. When I got my glasses I was told to wear a couple of days so my eyes could get adjusted. Now trying to wear my old one is terrible can't see well after wearing the new ones. It's been almost 30 days. Wth

The only good thing was the doctor, She was great. When I went to pick up my glasses the girl just stood there rude. I was like gee can I get a mirror and she just slammed it down. Told her the doctor said if I have issues to come back in 2 weeks. Well I couldn't even wear them out the store I was so dizzy. They said I had to wait 2 weeks before ding anything. I waited and things gave just gotten worse. They will not help. Trust me, go elsewhere for your glasses.
