I'm very disappointed with this organization. I put my name on the waitlist six years ago, and finally followed up because I was told it would be a five year wait period. I found out that my name was never on the waitlist because I did not fill out an application. No one told me I had to fill out an application six years ago. They only asked for my name. That would've been useful information from the person I spoke to. So apparently, it will be over a decade before I get my name on the list.
