I recently purchased a vehicle from alpine ford and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions without being pushy. Special shoutout to Ty & Cyrus for being extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the available options and helping me find the right car for my needs.

The paperwork process was smooth, and the financing team worked quickly to get me a great deal. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain all the features of my new car, making sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot.

I highly recommend. Great customer service, transparent pricing, and an stress-free experience!

Abraham was my salesman. As a first time buyer I was rather nervous and had a whole bunch of questions. I wasnt sure exactly what i was looking for, but when i explained my budget to Abraham he worked very hard to find me something stylish that i could feel good about. He was very patient and had a spot on answer to everything I asked. I've never owned such a 'fancy' vehicle before and I appreciate how he spent the time with me to make sure i understood all the essential features to get on the road. Shoutout to the detailing team, as well as the gentleman in the finance office for the great job they both did. I can't remember his name but he was very friendly and informative. All my service visits prior to this one have always been good (5 stars) but I feel inclined to leave this 1 star review for the service I received on 1/29/2025:
I took my vehicle in for routine service maintenance - I did not feel like a valued customer after mentioning I had purchased the "lube for life" package when I purchased my vehicle. So, I would definitely not recommend or ever purchasing that again. It felt like the Service Tech didn't care after he knew it would be a zero charge.
After my service was completed, I asked the Service Tech, "Does everything look ok?" and the Service Tech replied, "As good as can be." What does that mean? Is there an issue? In addition, when I got into my vehicle the Next Service Date sticker had not been changed. That's a simple and important reminder in my busy day-to-day life.
Honestly, I was entertaining the idea of trading my vehicle, but not once did anyone in the entire building acknowledge my presence for the 90 minutes I was there.
Today (1/30/2025): I received a text message "sorry we missed you for your service appointment...." No, I was there. You didn't acknowledge me and according to my Ford Pass app I only have "20% oil life" ...so the question is, was my vehicle serviced?

Alpine Ford was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. Dawn was our sales lady and was phenomenal. She really knows her cars and was very honest about everything. She actually cares about the customers. We wouldn’t have gotten our car if she hadn’t gone above and beyond for us and our situation.
Our budget was very limited on a payment and Big K was a huge help and made magic happen for my husband to get his dream car.
The financial guy Josh was very helpful and fun to work with. It was a great experience all and all. I will definitely go back.

Dylan Robnett was my sales person and he is the BEST! As well as Jeff, Kevin and Alex in finance. DYLAN was amazing to work with- he provided the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had.
