Not great experience. Not reliable. We went to print 2 big banners. They told us it would be ready by Friday. Unfortunately it wasn’t. which is okay, although we lost a weekend of advertising. By monday afternoon they told us it was ready but unfortunately one of the banners was damaged. They told us they could reprint it and have it ready next day. Which is fine. The problem is our second attempt with them: we ordered business cards; when we got there to pick them up they were printed wrong. We lost the trip and now we have to go again once reprinting is done. They should have a quality department that checks printings before delivery to customers, to avoid extra trips. Unfortunately we now have to wait longer for the cards.

Also liked that they will print the amount of business cards I want versus 'requiring' a minimum of like 1000 cards that would take years to hand out. This was the first time we have got plans printed with AlphaGraphics they were fast and emailed us right away when they were ready to be picked up. The only problem was they did not bind the plans I had to request it. They should bind them every time as many times as the plans get unrolled and rolled up they need to be binded to keep the papers together.

7/24- We had a good experience with AlphaGraphics for my daughter’s wedding announcements. They were friendly, helpful & had good turnaround time. The quality of the paper was good & printing turned out great! My only frustration was that some of the cards (about a 1/4 of them) were not cut evenly, resulting in a skewed appearance. Otherwise, we were pleased with the results!
