This store has wonderful customer service! I contacted them with an issue and they were quick to reach out to me and solve the problem. I don’t normally write 5 star reviews. I save my 5 stars for things that that are extraordinary. I had an old trumpet that needed new pads, a brace soldered, and a dent removed from the outer main tuning slide. I’m from out of town and needed a short turnaround time. Well Olivia made the repairs and I had the horn back in 24 hours. I don’t know what her workload was at the time, but she made me feel I was her most important customer. The repairs were clean and solid. Prices were extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to bring my repairs to Allegro Music again. I received extraordinary customer service at this location.

Olivia was fantastic. I just got my daughter a violin for Xmas, and put the box a string broke. I took it in, and Olivia made it the easiest process. She showed me how to restring it incase it happens again, how to tune it, how it all works, and every in between. She was amazing and I will forever go here for any music needs. 110% recommended!

Allegro Music’s customer service is amazing! They are so helpful and go out of their way to help get you what you need, even if it’s not from them. We just had a great experience having my daughter’s flute serviced by them and they did a fantastic job — even getting it done much faster than anticipated.
