Re-edit: We came in tonight and Alexandria is a great place as usual but tonight there was an employee we've never come across and her name is Kaitlyn,such an amazing personality. As we walked past,while entering the store, Kaitlyn offered a children's book for my daughter and graciously helped with all our questions and checkout. She also checked back with our daughter to see if she loved the book! I absolutely love,love great service and Kaitlyn has won our hearts. We appreciate all the employees greatness,but we'll look forward to seeing Kaitlyn again. we love,love this store.
It has such a wide variety of items based around self. I buy the energy stones and give them as gifts to loved ones. The staff is always amazing and helpful. I ask questions and I get answers,like they actually help you find what you are looking for. I most definitely recommend this location. We've bought books here that's not the regular stuff,it's actually refreshing to get different options that are great. The prices here are amazingly reasonable.

used to love coming here for all my metaphysical needs. this store always had such a calming and welcoming vibe. so imagine my surprise when, while perusing the shelves on my last visit, i found out that this shop carries not just one, but SEVERAL titles about how holistic medicine can “cure” your child of autism. what a dangerous and not only objectively incorrect, but hateful message to send. horrifying coming from a business that hails itself as a safe space. until this place pulls these books from its shelves, i’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been coming to this store for years and always purchased big amounts of products due to it being the nearest crystal store near me but today will be the last day I come to this location.The last couple times I've came here I've experienced terrible customer service from the older women with brunette hair and the man older man with barely any hair it has truly changed within this store and isnt how it used to be. It seems as if they were bothered with any questions or concern I might of had , it's sad that it's a "spiritual" store you'd expect more from their employees.
