Just purchased a new Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS slide .22LR conversion kit from Advantage Arms Inc. Fit and finish seem superb and it came with 2 magazines and a nice case. First 100 rounds have fired flawlessly. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the customer service I received.

I purchased the .22 Glock conversion kit for my Gen 2 Glock 19. Upon receiving the item it would not function properly on my Glock. Upon contacting costumer service, I was advised that I would have to alter my Glock in order to use the conversion kit. The alterations would include either filing down the slide stop or replacing it with a new slide stop. I didn’t want to alter my gun so I asked about returning the conversation kit, unused. I returned it and only after returning it was I made aware of a 35% restocking fee!!! There is no mention of this on the website site when ordering, there is no mention of this on any of the paperwork when receiving the conversation kit. This company is a complete rip off. I paid $340 for a product that was supposed to work on my gun and it didn’t. The issue was and is a safety issue but “I” can correct this issue by altering my perfectly working weapon by altering or changing my weapon. This is complete bullsh$t for a company to operate this way!!!

Bought a conversion slide for my Lone Wolf Freedom Wolf lower and I couldn’t be happier. I went on-line and found a how to for polishing some parts in the upper which took all of maybe 20 minutes by hand. I run nothing but CCI .22LR in my blinkers and this thing is a tac driver. Runs flawlessly and is such a blast to shoot. I’ve also bought extra mags as well for it. I’m looking at getting another for a G17 build next. Thank you Advantage Arms.

ammunition I ordered was sent to an incorrect address. they have refused to do anything about it. and at this time refuse to communicate. autofill on my laptop put the wrong zip code on my order and i overlooked it before submitting the order. the rest of the address was correct. I had made a previous purchase that had the exact correct address, so my name was on file. rather than confirm my address and zip with me, they changed the city to match the zip code resulting in someone else receiving my order. previous experience was excellent. this experience definitely is a good example of poor customer service.

I have a conversion kit for the G29/30 and was looking for a couple of spare magazines for it.

The model was discontinued and I was having no luck finding any online at all and the magazine was not listed on their website.

I called their shop and spoke to a woman who took my information and said she would find out if they had any old inventory and get back to me.

In less than an hour she called me back and informed me that they did have them and gave me instructions on how to order.

3 days later I had my magazines.

Fantastic customer service and I will recommend them to anyone who wants a .22 conversion kit for their carry pistols.

I've been trying to reach someone for a few weeks now. Your contact form is broken (error pictured), you're not accepting phone calls and the email(s) that I have sent in. The previous reviews are not making me confident that my issues will be handled. It's very unfortunate because the products you make have been super awesome but not being able to get a hold of a person really sucks. hope to hear back from y'all soon and I'll post a 5 star review
